I have no idea where to start though because I looked online and there are so many options and I'm worried if I buy the cheap ones from Walmart they wont fit right and might slide under the pedals or something? My budget is like $150 max. Does anyone know a brand that actually fits perfectly without me having to cut them with scissors? I saw some called Weathertech but they look expensive so I dont know... sorry if this is a stupid question I've never bought car stuff before.

I honestly thought I was getting a premium-feeling car with this new Outlander but man I am so frustrated with how easily the interior gets trashed. Ive only had the thing for three weeks here in Seattle and the piano black trim around the shifter is already covered in micro-scratches just from setting my keys down once or twice it drives me crazy looking at it in the sunlight. Also the all-weather mats the dealer threw in are a total joke they keep sliding around under the pedals which feels kinda dangerous honestly and they dont even cover the dead pedal area so my carpet is already getting mud stains from my hiking boots. I need to fix this before the car looks like its ten years old already. I have about 400 bucks set aside to just get some decent stuff in here to protect it from my kids and the dog. Does anyone have recommendations for actual good floor liners that dont move? And maybe something to cover up that gloss black plastic before I lose my mind? What are the absolute must-have interior accessories for a new Mitsubishi Outlander that actually fit right and dont look like cheap junk?

So I just picked up my 2024 Outlander PHEV last week and I am honestly a bit overwhelmed. Ive driven a Chevy Volt for years so I thought I knew the drill but this new battery is way bigger and the charging situation feels totally different. My old Level 1 cable is basically useless now because it takes forever to top off. I tried plugging it into my garage outlet and it said something like 16 hours to full charge which is just not gonna work for my daily commute. I live in northern Michigan and it is already starting to get icy out which makes me nervous about the cables getting stiff or the port getting frozen shut. I need to get a proper setup before the real snow hits in two weeks.

I need a solid Level 2 home station but I'm seeing so many conflicting things about hardwired vs NEMA 14-50 plugs. Plus I keep hearing about people getting their cables stolen or the J1772 handle breaking in the cold. I've got a budget of about $800 to $1000 for the whole setup including the electrician if possible but that might be a pipe dream.

Must be weather rated for extreme cold

Needs to have a long cable (at least 25 feet) because my driveway is awkward

Looking for a portable option I can throw in the trunk for road trips to my in-laws

Maybe a cable management thing so I dont trip over it in the dark

Is there a specific brand that works better with the Mitsu onboard charger? Ive heard some smart chargers have handshake issues with the Outlander software and I really dont want to be waking up to an empty battery because of a glitch. What about those little port covers? Are they worth it or just more junk to lose in the snow? I'm honestly stressing out that I'm gonna ruin the battery or the port by using the wrong gear...

Okay so I just put a deposit down on a 2024 Outlander PHEV and I am literally freaking out because I have never even owned a hybrid before let alone something you plug in. I keep seeing people talk about all these extras and I have no clue what is actually necessary and what is just a waste of money. My budget for this is like 500 bucks max because the car was already way more than I expected to pay.

So I was thinking maybe I need weather mats because I live in Oregon and it rains constantly and I dont want to ruin the floors on week one. But then I saw someone mention a level 2 charger at home and now I am confused like do I need to buy a whole separate box for my garage or does it come with one that works? My logic was that the car comes with everything but then I read a forum post about must have charging cables and now I feel like I am missing a piece of the puzzle. Also should I get a screen protector for that big middle display thing? I have kids and they touch everything with sticky hands. I am taking this on a road trip to the coast next month and I am so scared I am gonna forget some cable or something and get stuck. Sorry if this is a total dummy question I just really dont want to mess this up...

So I finally pulled the trigger on a 2024 Outlander PHEV and I am honestly kind of panicking because we have this huge camping trip planned for the Olympic Peninsula in like ten days and I realized I have zero protection for the cargo area. The interior is so nice and I just know I am gonna ruin it with all our muddy gear and the dogs. I spent hours looking at the official Mitsubishi accessories but the rubber cargo liner looks like it only covers the floor and I read on a forum that it doesnt actually protect the back of the second row seats when you fold them down which seems like a massive oversight if you ask me??

Then I looked at the weathertech mats because everyone raves about them but I keep seeing conflicting stuff about whether the PHEV trunk floor is exactly the same as the regular gas Outlander or if the battery makes it sit higher or something. I dont want to spend $150 on a mat that doesnt even fit right or leaves gaps for dog hair to get trapped in. Plus I really need a good net or something because the groceries just slide everywhere every time I take a turn. I have a budget of about $400 for everything and I need it shipped fast before we leave next Thursday. What are the actual must-have cargo accessories you guys use that actually fit the PHEV model specifically and wont leave me with a trashed car after one weekend in the woods? I'm mostly worried about the seat backs and the floor fitment...

I've been doing the whole roof box thing for years but this Eclipse Cross is giving me a headache. I got a big camping trip to the Ozarks in less than two weeks and I'm scrambling to find a rack that wont interfere with the panoramic sunroof. My logic was to go with a Thule WingBar setup like I always do but that sloping roof is so weird. Im worried about the rear hatch hitting the carrier or worse cracking the glass roof with the foot pack pressure.

Looked at the OEM rails but they look super flimsy compared to Yakima. My budget is roughly $900 for the whole kit. Anyone found a specific model that doesnt block the hatch or crush the sunroof?

Man I have been staring at these fit guides for like three hours and I am honestly more confused than when I started. I got this Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross last year and we finally have a big trip to the Rockies planned in about three weeks so I desperately need more space for our camping gear because the trunk is way smaller than it looks.

My logic was just to grab a set of Thule Evo bars because everyone says they are the best but then I saw some forum post saying the fit kits for the flush rails on the newer Eclipse Cross models are super finicky or even out of stock everywhere right now. Then I looked at the Yakima JetStreams which look cool but people keep mentioning this annoying whistling sound at highway speeds and my wife will kill me if we have to listen to that for a 12 hour drive.

I only have about $800 to spend on the whole setup—the bars and the cargo box itself—which feels impossible now that I am seeing the actual prices for name brands. I saw some cheap generic ones on Amazon but I am terrified they will just fly off on the interstate. Does anyone actually have a setup that doesnt cost two months of car payments and actually fits the roof rails without a headache? I just need to know what actually fits this specific car without me having to return stuff five times...
