new job starts in Irvine next week so i gotta move fast. stuck between a local 2023 MY for 35k or trying to find a used Juniper for the better suspension but my budget is firm at 40k. has anyone actually seen any used Juniper Model Ys for sale in Cali yet or am I just wasting my time?

So I finally took delivery of the Juniper Model Y here in Seattle and man the new interior is sleek but it feels kinda empty. Ive had a Model 3 for five years so I thought I knew the drill but the new console layout and that ambient light strip totally change the vibe.

My logic was to just grab some cheap floor mats like I did before but with the rainy weather here I probably need something better that fits the new footwell dimensions perfectly since I heard they tweaked them. Also looking for a tray that fits the new deep console bin without rattling around. Since theres no stalks now Im wondering if anyones found a good way to organize the dash area without it looking cluttered. Any specific brands updated their molds for the refresh yet?

What interior protection are you guys actually eyeing for the Juniper refresh? Ive been driving Teslas for years but the new ambient lighting and revamped console are throwing me off. I'm picking mine up in London next month and have 300 quid for gear.

I'm looking to buy my first electric car since I just got a new job in Edison NJ and the commute is gonna be a total nightmare starting next month. I keep hearing everyone talk about the Model Y Juniper and it looks really nice but I have like a 35k budget max so I definitely need to find a used one. I've been looking on CarGurus and some local lots but I dont see it listed anywhere which is weird.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have no idea where to start looking for this specific model. Does anyone know which sites have used Junipers for sale right now?

I finally got my delivery date for my Cyberbeast next Thursday and honestly im kinda freaking out because I booked a trip to Moab for the following weekend. I live in Phoenix so I'm used to the heat but the terrain out there is totally different and I dont want to be that guy who gets stuck or ruins his truck on day one. I've been looking at the official Tesla shop and that light bar looks cool but its expensive as hell and people say the installation is a nightmare. I also saw the Unplugged Performance stuff online but it seems like overkill for a first-timer or maybe I'm wrong? I'm mostly worried about the essentials like recovery gear and what kind of air compressor people are using since the built-in one is okay but maybe not fast enough for airing back up 35s in the sun. I have about 3 grand left in my budget for this month to gear up.

Got my Highland pickup scheduled for next Tuesday and I'm honestly so hyped but also kinda stressing because I'm driving from LA to Phoenix like three days later. It's my first EV so I've been doomscrolling forums for lists of stuff to buy.

I saw people swearing by those matte screen protectors to stop glare but then some other guy said the Highland screen is different and it ruins the quality? Also keep seeing those jack pucks... do people actually carry those around or is that just for people who do their own work? I've only got about 200 bucks left in my car fund for now so I dont want to buy junk I wont use. What are the actual must-haves for a long desert drive?

So I finally got the Plaid out to Buttonwillow last weekend and man the speed is insane but the brake fade is real... Ive been tracking M3s for years but this weight is just a different animal. I need to prep for a track day next month and need to know what the must-haves are.

Budget: keeping it under $5k for now

Goal: better pedal feel and less roll in the corners

Location: SoCal (it gets hot out here)

Should I just stick with better pads and fluid or are the sway bars worth the hassle on these? What are you guys running to keep the heat down without dropping 20k on a full carbon kit?

So I have been scouring the internet for like three weeks trying to figure out the actual way to buy a Cybertruck right now without getting totally ripped off. I live in the Phoenix area and I keep seeing a couple driving around Scottsdale so I know they are out here but the local Tesla centers are super vague when I call them. I went on the official Tesla site and it looks like you can order one but then I read on some forums that the wait times for the non-Foundation series are still like months or even a year away which doesnt work for me because I really wanted to have it by mid-July for a big camping trip up north. Then I checked some of those resale sites like Bring a Trailer and even just random local used car lots and the prices are insane like people are asking $120k for used ones which is just crazy. I found one listing in Tempe but the guy sounded super sketchy on the phone and wouldnt give me a straight answer on the title. Is there a reliable way to find one thats actually sitting on a lot near me or is it still just a waiting game with the official site? Im trying to stay under $95k if possible but everything I see is way over that or has some weird catch to it...

What are the absolute best exterior accessories for a Model Y Performance that wont totally ruin the range or look way too tacky? I just picked up my MYP last week in white and Im honestly terrified of getting a rock chip or scratching the trim since I live in a part of Seattle where they use a lot of gravel on the roads. I was looking at some mud flaps on Amazon but some reviews say the Tesla official ones are way too small and others say the aftermarket ones like Basenor actually trap dirt against the paint and cause scratches anyway so now Im just spiraling.

I have about $800 to spend right now before my wife kills me lol and I need to get this sorted before my road trip to Oregon next month because the highway debris is no joke. I also looked at those carbon fiber spoilers but Im worried about the adhesive failing in the heat or car washes. Does anyone have a specific brand they swear by that actually stays on? And what about those matte black emblems, are they hard to install? I dont want to mess up the paint trying to pry the old ones off. My head is spinning with all these options and I just want the car to stay looking new for more than a week...

Ive been tracking Tesla refreshes since I got my first Model 3 back in 2019 so I know the drill with VIN changes but man Im getting so stressed about this Model Y Juniper update. My logic was that after Highland dropped they would pivot immediately to the Y but I keep checking local inventory here in the Bay Area and seeing nothing but the old stalk-heavy versions.

My lease is up in late August and I really dont want to pull the trigger on the current LR model if the refresh is weeks away but I cant find a straight answer on if any units are surfacing yet. Is anyone seeing anything in the source code or local lots or am I just losing my mind...
