I'm still kinda new to this stuff but I spent a lot of time looking at what actually fits the Q3s socket without sticking out too far. Most people there reallyyy recommend the Anker 522 Charger (67W) or the Satechi 72W Type-C PD Car Charger if you want to fast charge. Tbh, the built-in USB ports in the Audi are basically useless for modern fast charging. I found some helpful reviews on Wirecutter and some specific Audi owner blogs that show which ones dont get too hot. Just make sure it supports PD 3.0. Do you know if your Q3 has the deeper socket or the shallow one??

tbh you really dont need to overthink it too much. for the q3, i usually tell people to just stick with stuff from Belkin. they're super reliable and the build quality feels right for a premium car interior. i've used their chargers in my last two audis and never had an issue with heat or slow charging. basically just find one of theirs that sits flush in the 12v outlet and you're set. much better value than buying the branded stuff from the dealership imo.
