Just picked up a clean M2 Competition and want to keep that Long Beach Blue paint pristine! It’ll be parked in a garage, but I’m worried about dust and the occasional scratch from stuff being moved around. Does anyone have a favorite indoor cover that fits the M2C’s aggressive fenders perfectly without being a pain to put on?

For your situation, I’d seriously go with the BMW M Performance Indoor Car Cover for M2 Competition. It fits those wide fenders like a glove and costs around $300—totally worth it for the protection. Hope this helps!
> I’m worried about dust and the occasional scratch from stuff being moved around. ^ This. Also, be super careful with any cover if the car isnt 100% clean. Even a tiny bit of road grit will act like sandpaper under a cover and ruin your finish. Since youre being cost-conscious, I would suggest checking out the Budge Indoor Soft Stretch Car Cover. Its a fraction of the cost of the M Performance one and still gives that snug fit over the fenders. If the garage is a high-traffic area with kids or tools, you might want to consider the SealSkin Supreme Car Cover instead. It has a bit more bulk to it which helps with those accidental bumps, tho its a bit more of a chore to fold up. Just make sure to double check the fleece lining is clean every single time you use it... better safe than sorry with that paint!
Man, congrats on the M2C, Long Beach Blue is literally the best color BMW ever made! Just curious though, is your garage super busy? Like, do you have kids running around or bikes leaning near the car often? If you need something that deals with more than just dust, you might want something with a bit more padding. But for that perfect fit that looks amazing, I am totally obsessed with the Coverking Satin Stretch Indoor Car Cover for BMW M2. It is usually around $250 or so. Honestly, the material is so soft it feels like pajamas for your car, and it stretches perfectly over those wide rear fenders to show off the shape even when it is covered! Its technically better for breathability too so you dont get moisture trapped. Another solid one if you want to save some cash is the CarCovers.com Platinum Shield Car Cover. It is super heavy duty and handles the occasional bump from a garage door or a stray bicycle way better than the thinner indoor-only ones. Just make sure the paint is totally clean before you slide it on or you are gonna end up with micro-scratches anyway!
