Ugh, seeing this thread just reminds me of the absolute nightmare I went through last summer. I've tried many different setups over the years on these GM vans and it is always a massive struggle.

• The universal kits I ordered were a total lie. They wouldnt tighten down enough on the rails and kept shifting whenever I hit a bump. I actually scratched my roof pretty bad because of it.
• I even tried hunting down old factory parts at a junkyard but they were all rusted out or missing the key hardware pieces you actually need.
• My current setup whistles so loud on the freeway that we have to turn the radio way up just to hear each other. It basically feels like these vans were designed to specifically reject any kind of cargo gear. Just venting because I know exactly how frustrating it is to deal with this platform.

• That little camera is actually pretty solid, but it wont help you much with hauling gear on the roof lol. I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to van setups and honestly the Buick Terraza can be a bit tricky with compatibility since it is an older platform. You definitely dont want to buy something that looks right but doesnt actually lock into the tracks. Just to get a better idea of what you need:
• Do you already have the factory side rails installed or is it a bare roof?
• Are you looking to mount a cargo box for road trips or something specific like a kayak? Some of the older GM mounting points are a headache so knowing exactly what you are working with makes a huge difference...
