I recently picked up a Cadillac CT4-V, and while I absolutely love the performance and the way it handles, I feel like the stock wheels are a bit too conservative for the car's aggressive lines. I’m looking to upgrade to something that really makes the car pop, but I’m having a hard time deciding on the right direction to go.

I’m currently torn between a sleek, minimalist monoblock look or something a bit more intricate like a multi-spoke mesh design. I’m planning to stick with the 18-inch diameter to maintain ride quality, but I’m definitely open to playing with the offset to get a more flush fitment without needing spacers. I’ve been browsing brands like Vossen and Forgestar, but I’m worried about finding the perfect bolt pattern and brake clearance for those Brembos up front.

Does anyone here have experience fitting aftermarket wheels on the CT4-V? I’d love to hear about what setups you’re running, specifically regarding weight savings and finish recommendations that look good against the Satin Steel or Black Raven paint. What specific wheel brands or models do you think offer the best balance of style and performance for this platform?

Ok so, similar situation here - I went through this struggle last year with my Satin Steel CT4-V. I spent weeks basically obsessing over the brake clearance cuz those Brembos are BEEFY. I ended up trying a few setups and found that choosing between a mesh look and a minimalist spoke really changes the car's personality.

I personally went with the Apex VS-5RS 18x9 ET30 for a bit. The weight savings were highkey noticeable in the steering feel, plus they cleared the brakes without any sketchy spacers. I also tested some HRE FlowForm FF10 18 inch wheels for that intricate mesh vibe you mentioned. Honestly, it's a toss-up depending on if you want that track-ready monoblock look or something more street-aggressive.

Quick tip: Make sure you double-check the barrel shape, not just the spoke design, to ensure those calipers don't scrape. Stick with an offset around +30 to +35 if you wanna stay flush without rubbing issues! Good luck, dude.

Seconding the recommendation above. Honestly, just make sure ur looking at the load ratings too cuz I had a bad experience with some cheap cast wheels that bent on a pothole—not fun. For safety and peace of mind, stick with flow-formed or forged options like Forgestar F14 18x8.5 ET35 or Apex VS-5RS 18x8.5. They're literally much stronger than stock and clear those Brembos without issues. Basically, dont sacrifice structural integrity just for the 'pop' factor!! 👍

Yo! Huge congrats on the CT4-V, seriously such a sleeper car. But dude, CAREFUL with the bolt pattern! A lot of shops will try to sell you 5x114.3 wheels saying they "fit," but our cars actually use a 5x115. Using the wrong one can *literally* lead to vibrations or even sheared studs down the road... definitely not worth the risk tbh.

I went through this same struggle last year trying to clear those massive front Brembos. I ended up going with some flow-formed wheels from Forgestar. The weight savings were actually insane—saved like 5 lbs per corner—which you totally feel in the steering response! For Satin Steel, I highkey recommend a "Carbon Graphite" or "Gunmetal" finish. It looks way more aggressive than the stock silver but isn't as high-maintenance as pure black. Stick to a +35 or +38 offset for that flush look without rubbing. gl!
