Hey everyone! I just picked up a 2023 Escalade and I’m already stressed about keeping those nice carpets clean, especially with my kids tracking in mud and snacks. I’m torn between getting the official Cadillac liners or going with a brand like WeatherTech or TuxMat. I really want something that looks high-end but offers full coverage for the second and third rows. Does anyone have experience with how these brands hold up over time or if they slide around at all? Also, are the OEM mats worth the extra cost, or is there a better aftermarket option that fits perfectly? What brands would you recommend for the best balance of style and protection?

Sooo I went through this last year with my own SUV and ngl, it's a real struggle finding that perfect balance between "I have kids who eat crumbly granola bars" and "I drive a 100k luxury vehicle." I spent weeks basically doing a deep dive into the market research for my 2023 setup. When I was looking, I realy prioritized how the material felt under my feet. Some of those big-name brands feel like cheap, hard plastic and they make this wierd scratching sound when u move ur feet... totally ruins the Escalade vibe imo. I ended up testing a few different sets to see what actually stayed put and what looked like it belonged in a premium cabin. Here’s what I found during my little journey: • Lloyd Mats Northridge Custom Fit All-Weather Floor Mats - These are actually my favorite for a high-end look. They aren't those deep buckets, but the pattern traps a TON of liquid and they feel way more premium than the standard plastic ones.
• Smartliner Custom Fit Floor Mats 3 Row Liner Set for 2021-2024 Cadillac Escalade - If ur looking for full coverage that doesn't break the bank like the OEM ones, these are a solid mid-tier option. They fit the contours reallyyy well and don't slide around because the backing is pretty grippy.
• Oedro All-Weather Floor Mats for 2021-2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV - I tried these on a buddy's car and they’re surprisingly decent for the price. They’ve got a more rugged texture, but the fitment around the second-row captains chairs was spot on. Honestly, it mostly depends on your needs. If u want that "invisible" protection, go Lloyd. If u want "save my carpet from a literal gallon of milk," go Smartliner. Good luck with the new beast!! 👍

Similar situation here - honestly had a pretty bad experience with some mats sliding near the pedals... it was highkey scary. I mean, style is nice but safety is everything! * Stick to mats with textured "anti-skid" backing
* Try 3D MAXpider KAGU Series Floor Liners for a sleek look Unfortunately, the first set I bought didn't actually line up with the 2023 clips, so idk, just be careful with the fit! gl

Ok so, congrats on the new Escalade! It is literally such an amazing car!! I’m late to the party but I definitely agree with the previous advice about prioritizing full coverage. I wanted to add some technical thoughts from a more cautious perspective. When your looking for high-end protection, you really gotta look at the material composition. WeatherTech is a classic for a reason, but honestly, their material is quite rigid. While it catches mud like a pro, I’ve noticed it can sometimes lose its shape over years of heat cycles... and you definitely dont want a trip hazard or a gap where snacks can fall in a car that nice!! For the kids in the back, pay close attention to the "over-the-hump" coverage. I’d suggest looking at something like Husky Liners or even 3D MAXpider. The 3D ones have a really fantastic texture that looks way more high-end than standard rubber, but still offers that waterproof seal. Plus, they have a special backing that literally sticks to the carpet without those aggressive nibs that can actually damage ur floors over time. Just a quick warning—whatever you pick, double check the retention clips. If they dont lock perfectly into the OEM studs, it’s a safety risk. You really want that professional fitment to ensure nothing slides near the pedals. Id probably verify the fitment one more time before buying just to be safe. Good luck with the new ride, its gonna stay looking amazing!! peace.

> are the OEM mats worth the extra cost? Stumbled on this! honestly floor mats are *insurance* for your resale value. My current setup was way cheaper and SAVED my carpets from a giant smoothie spill... Check out enthusiast forums for deals!

yo congrats on the 2023 Escalade!! seriously such a beast of a car. I totally get the stress about the carpets... especially with kids lol. honestly i’ve tried basically every brand out there for my fleet and for the Escalade ur definitely gonna want to look at TuxMat Custom Car Mats for Cadillac Escalade 2021-2024. I started with the Cadillac Accessories Premium All-Weather Floor Liners cuz I thought the logo looked cool, but tbh the coverage was just okay. then I tried WeatherTech FloorLiner HP which are super tough but they felt a bit too 'industrial' for a luxury interior... kinda plasticky if u know what I mean?? But then I switched to TuxMat and i'm so satisfied with them. they literally cover every single inch of the floorboards—even up the sides of the center console—so when my kids spill juice or drop snacks it never actually hits the carpet. the texture is way more high-end too. it has this quilted look that matches the Escalade’s premium vibe perfectly. they use these little clips so they dont slide around AT ALL which was a huge pet peeve of mine with older mats. If u want the best balance of style and total protection i’d 100% go with those. they’ve held up through two winters now and still look brand new after a quick wipe down. gl with the new ride! peace
