I just picked up my new 2024 Chevy Trax last week, and I’m absolutely loving the redesign! However, with the rainy season approaching and a few weekend hiking trips planned, I’ve realized the factory carpet mats just aren't going to cut it. I really want to keep the interior looking pristine, so I’m on the hunt for some high-quality custom floor liners that offer maximum coverage.

I’ve looked into the standard big-name brands like WeatherTech and Husky, but I’m curious if anyone has found other options that fit the 2024 refresh specifically well. I’m particularly concerned about the dead pedal area and the rear seat hump—I've had liners in the past that didn't quite cover those spots, leading to salt stains on the carpet. Since the Trax is a newer model year, I want to make sure the fitment is laser-accurate and doesn't slide around under the pedals.

Does anyone here have the 2024 Trax and already installed some liners? I'd love to hear about the material quality—I prefer something that feels more like flexible rubber rather than a stiff, slippery plastic. What brand did you go with, and how is the edge-to-edge coverage holding up so far?

yo, congrats on the new Trax!! honestly i feel u on the rubber vs plastic struggle. i've used stiff liners before and they’re basically ice rinks when wet. For your 2024, i highkey recommend TuxMat Custom Floor Mats for Chevrolet Trax 2024-2025. They have literally the best coverage i've seen, especially for that rear hump and the dead pedal area. If u want that softer feel tho, 3D MAXpider KAGU Series Floor Liners for 2024 Chevy Trax are great too. they're kinda like a textured foam/rubber mix, so they aren't slippery at all and look super premium. gl with the hiking trips!!

Respectfully, I'd consider another option before you pull the trigger on those. While the previous suggestions are okay for looks, I'm a bit of a stickler for technical specs and SAFETY first. From an engineering standpoint, you really want a material that won't curl or interfere with the pedal travel on your 2024 Trax.

I honestly think the WeatherTech FloorLiner HP for 2024 Chevrolet Trax is the superior move here. People think they're all the same, but the "HP" series uses a high-grade Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) that's way more rubbery and flexible than their old stiff plastic.

1. WeatherTech FloorLiner HP: Advanced TPE material. It literally grips the floor better so there's ZERO sliding, which is huge for safety. The coverage on the dead pedal is fantastic too!
2. Husky Liners WeatherBeater for 2024 Chevy Trax: Also great, but the nibs on the back can sometimes be overkill.

I'd highkey go with the HP series cuz they feel premium and stay soft even in freezing temps. Safety first, ya know? gl with the new ride!! 👍

Totally agree with the above! TuxMat is honestly the GOAT for coverage. But since you want that rubbery feel over stiff plastic, you gotta check out the 3D MAXpider KAGU Series Floor Liners for 2024 Chevrolet Trax. They have this awesome textured grip that isn't slippery at all. Plus, they literally lock into the carpet so they wont slide under your pedals. Technical win for sure! 👍
