Hmm, I've had a different experience with the WeatherTechs tbh. Not to be a downer, but I was actually pretty disappointed with how they held up in my last truck. They use a stiff plastic material, and unfortunately, it tends to warp or curl away from the door sill after a few hot seasons... plus, they can be kinda slippery when your boots are covered in wet mud. Respectfully, I'd consider another option—the Husky Liners X-act Contour Floor Liners. Since you're doing construction work, you really need something that grips. These use a softer rubberized material that stays flexible even in the cold. The technical advantage is the "Stay-Put Cleats" on the bottom that bite into the carpet so they LITERALLY wont budge under your pedals. Anyway, they offer way more coverage than the OEM mats. gl!!

Seconding the recommendation above. Safety is my top priority, especially near the pedals. Ngl, I was worried about warping too. I've been very satisfied with 3D MAXpider KAGU Floor Mat. Methodically, they use a MAXpider backing that basically LITERALLY grips the carpet. This prevents sliding, which is a major reliability win. Maybe consult a pro to ensure perfect fitment for your year?? It's worked well for me tho. Peace of mind is key!!

In my experience, I would suggest going aftermarket. I used the factory mats initially, but they just dont have the coverage for heavy mud... I mean, I was mostly worried about them sliding under the pedals, which is a huge safety risk. I ended up getting some WeatherTech liners instead. Honestly, I’m really satisfied with how they handle the gravel. Definitely a safer bet than stock mats imo
