Hey everyone! I just recently picked up a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and I am absolutely loving it so far. It is the perfect family hauler, but with two toddlers and a very active golden retriever, I am already starting to panic about keeping the pristine carpet clean. We live in an area that gets a fair amount of slushy snow in the winter and plenty of mud in the spring, so the factory carpet mats just are not going to cut it for long.

I have been looking at a few different options but I am feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choices. I want something that fits perfectly, especially with the Stow 'n Go seating in the back. I am specifically worried about some mats interfering with how the seats fold down or leaving gaps where salt and dirt can still reach the floor.

Here are a few things I am looking for:

  • Maximum coverage for the second and third rows.
  • Material that is not too slippery when wet.
  • A design that does not block the under-floor storage bins.

I have heard people swear by WeatherTech, but I have also seen some good things about Husky Liners and even the official Mopar ones. For those of you who have had your Pacifica for a while, which all-weather mats have held up the best for you and actually fit the floor contours properly?

Adding my two cents here, but I actually found the Mopar mats leave too much carpet exposed for a muddy dog. I prefer the TuxMat Chrysler Pacifica Custom Floor Mats because they have much higher sidewalls. Its a safer bet for keeping salt out of the Stow n Go wells. The material is also way less slippery than Husky or WeatherTech, which is better for the kids.

Congrats on the new ride! I went through this exact same headache last year with my 2021. For the back rows, honestly, I think the Mopar All-Weather Floor Mats 82214515AE are the way to go. Since they are the official ones, they handle the Stow n Go bins way better than most aftermarket stuff. You wont have to fight with them or pull them out just to get the seats down into the floor. However, for the front seats, I actually prefer the Husky Liners WeatherBeater Floor Mats 95341. They feel less like hard plastic and more like a grippy rubber compared to WeatherTech, so your boots wont slide around when they are wet or slushy. WeatherTech is okay, but they are usually the most expensive and can feel a bit stiff. In my experience, the Husky/Mopar combo is the sweet spot for price and function.

I see why people like those expensive ones, but I have to disagree on needing to spend that much. Tbh, 3D MAXpider Kagu Black All-Weather Floor Mats are a way better value. They look less industrial and fit the Stow n Go areas perfectly. Quick tip: vacuum the carpet thoroughly before installing so the backing grips properly. They dont cost as much and still handle toddler messes just fine.

Saw this earlier and just had to chime in because I am a total nerd for the tech specs on these things! If you want to get into the nitty-gritty of material science, you have gotta look at the TPE density ratings.

  • The WeatherTech FloorLiner HP is an amazing choice if you are worried about cold weather flexibility. Unlike their standard liners, the HP version uses a specialized rubber-like compound that wont get brittle or curl when it hits sub-zero temps. It is seriously impressive data.
  • Another fantastic sleeper pick is the Lasfit All-Weather Floor Mats. They use ultra-precise 3D laser scanning tech and the TPE material is super rugged. I saw some measurements showing they have some of the tightest tolerances in the industry for the Stow n Go areas. If you really want to see the data in action, definitely check out the 'Real Truck' YouTube channel... they do these crazy stress tests with mud and chemicals to show exactly how much the sidewalls hold up under pressure. It is such a killer resource for comparing the actual depth of the channels. Love the 2023 Pacifica choice btw, its such an amazing family machine!

Just jumping in here to share what has worked for my family over the last few years! You really do not need to drop a fortune to get amazing protection for those Stow n Go bins, especially with a dog in the mix. I have found that specific TPE materials are fantastic because they dont hold onto that wet dog smell like some cheaper rubber ones do. Here are some excellent choices that wont break the bank but still offer professional-grade coverage:

  • LASFIT Floor Mats for 2017-2024 Chrysler Pacifica with Stow n Go provide incredible precision around the seat wells and have a really nice matte finish.
  • Rough Country Heavy Duty Floor Mats for Chrysler Pacifica are amazing if you want something that feels absolutely indestructible underfoot.
  • OEDRO All-Weather Floor Mats for Chrysler Pacifica are a fantastic budget-friendly option that still features deep grooves for catching slush and mud. I personally love the Lasfit liners because they use a digital laser scan to ensure every corner is covered. This is vital when you have a golden retriever shedding everywhere! They have held up through three winters now and still look brand new after a quick spray with the hose. Just make sure you get the ones specifically labeled for the Stow n Go seating or the fitment will be off around the middle row bins...

I was super worried about spending 200 plus and having them slide around or wear out. I ended up getting SMARTLINER Custom Fit Floor Mats for Chrysler Pacifica on a whim and they've been surprisingly reliable. They're way more budget friendly and the fit is really tight against the Stow n Go bins, which was a safety must for me. Definitely worth looking at if you want to save some cash.
