Ive been driving Pacificas since 2017 so Im totally used to the stow n go system but we just traded up for the new one and man the new center console is a mess plus my kids are bringing way more junk for our grand canyon trip on friday. I thought the floor wells would be enough like always but theyre already stuffed with snacks and blankets and Im losing my mind trying to find a spot for tablets and chargers that wont slide around everywhere. I got about 200 bucks to spend and need stuff that fits the specific pacifica dimensions before we leave in 4 days. what are the actual best interior storage accessories for a chrysler pacifica that dont just get in the way of the seats?

Just saw this thread. You really need to be careful with packing those floor wells too tight since stuff shifting can actually jam the sliding door tracks or the seat mechanisms. I would suggest focusing on securing the small stuff first so it doesnt distract you while driving.

  • Drop Stop The Original Patented Seat Gap Filler is a must-have imo. It fits the Pacifica seats perfectly and stops phones or tablets from sliding into that gap next to the console where you can never reach them.
  • BAGSMART Electronic Organizer Travel Case works wonders for all those chargers and cables. Keep it in the door pocket so its not flying around the cabin if you have to brake suddenly.
  • Make sure to check that your kids arent blocking the floor vents with those blankets, otherwise the climate control wont work right in the back. Also, keep an eye on the weight in the seat pockets because they tend to sag if you overstuff them with heavy tablets.

The new console layout is unfortunately a mess compared to my old 2017. I had issues with generic bins sliding around until I got the VehicleOCD Center Console Organizer for Chrysler Pacifica 2017-2024. It actually fits that weird deep space. For the kids gear:

^ This. Also, you seriously cant ignore the gap filler idea! Last summer we took our Pacifica down to the coast and my kids dropped a whole bag of sticky snacks right into that black hole between the seat and the console. It was a total nightmare to clean out while driving! Honestly, if you want to keep the tech organized, I always tell people to just stick with Case Logic for all their cable and tablet storage. You literally cant go wrong with any of their travel organizers! Compared to the cheap generic stuff you find at big box stores, Case Logic products hold up so much better under pressure. Here is what I usually do for our big trips:

  • Grab a few different Case Logic tech pouches to keep chargers from tangling.
  • Toss the tablets into any Amazon Basics padded sleeve for extra protection.
  • Use a small YETI gear bag to corral the loose snacks. It makes such a huge difference! I am so excited for your Grand Canyon trip, you guys are gonna have a blast! Just make sure everything has a home before you hit the road because a tidy van is a happy van!

> man the new center console is a mess Honestly, Chrysler really dropped the ball on the newer interior layouts... its super frustrating. Quick question tho, are you in a Limited or the Pinnacle? The Pinnacle console is way more cramped. Id suggest the High Road StashAway Car Trash Can 1.5 Gallon for chargers and small junk. Also, WeatherTech CargoTech Containment System 4-Piece Set is the only way to keep snacks from sliding around in those floor wells.

@Reply #3 - good point! but honestly, I actually disagree with just using more bags or soft organizers for the electronics. In a crash, a loose tablet becomes a projectile, which is super scary for a long trip! I love keeping things locked down with technical precision. You should definitely grab the Macally Car Headrest Tablet Mount Heavy Duty Aluminum because it fits the Pacifica headrest posts perfectly and stays rock solid. It is amazing for keeping kids eyes up and hands free! Also, for the charger mess, dont just let cables tangle. I love the Satechi 72W Type-C PD Car Charger Adapter because it handles high-speed charging for multiple devices without overheating. Keeping the power delivery stable is a huge reliability win! Its a fantastic way to stay organized and safe. Have a blast at the Grand Canyon!
