I absolutely love taking my Sebring convertible out for weekend cruises, but the wind buffeting at highway speeds is getting pretty intense, making it hard to even have a conversation. I’m looking to install a wind deflector to help quiet the cabin and keep my hair from blowing everywhere! I’ve seen a few mesh options online, like the ones from Love the Drive, but I’m also considering the official Chrysler OEM part. I'm specifically worried about finding one that fits securely without rattling or interfering with the top's operation. Does anyone have a specific brand they swear by for a perfect fit, and is it easy to remove when I have passengers in the back? Which wind deflector has worked best for your Sebring?

Jumping in here! I almost lost my favorite hat on the highway once cuz of the buffeting, so I totally get it. Since you're looking for value, be careful with the really cheap ones... I'd suggest these:

1. WINDESIGN Mesh Wind Deflector: Super affordable, but you gotta make sure the clips are TIGHT so it doesn't rattle.
2. Klimatronic Mesh Wind Screen: A bit more stable and fits the brackets better for the price.

Just honestly check the mounting points every time you drive. Safety first! 👍

sooo i totally feel u on the wind thing, it gets super annoying on the highway right? ngl, i was really excited to try the Chrysler Sebring OEM Mopar Wind Deflector cuz i thought official was better, but honestly... it was kinda a letdown. it felt a bit flimsy and rattled at high speeds which drove me nuts!

anyway, i ended up switching and i gotta say Love the Drive Wind Deflector for Chrysler Sebring Convertible is way better imo.

- it's literally so much sturdier
- the mesh is tighter so it actually blocks the wind properly
- plus it's basically a 30-second job to pop it out when u have friends in the back

good luck!! 👍

Quick question - which year is your Sebring? The fitment for the JS body (2008+) is a bit different than the older JR models, so I wanna be sure before suggesting anything technical.

I've tested a few setups and honestly, the aftermarket mesh ones are usually a safer bet for stability than the OEM stuff. Here's how I'd break it down:

1. Love the Drive Wind Deflector for Chrysler Sebring - Best all-rounder. It's super sturdy and stays put at 70mph without any annoying rattles.
2. WindRestrictor Glow Plate for Chrysler Sebring - Technically more of a glass-style look. It's great if you want something permanent that doesn't block your rearview as much as mesh, though it's pricier.

Basically, the mesh ones are way easier to pop out for passengers, but tell me your model year first! gl

Honestly, when it comes to the Sebring, I'm all about safety and making sure nothing flies off at 70mph!! I've seen some cheap mesh ones that rattle like crazy, which is super sketchy imo. For your situation, I'd suggest looking at the Aero 5000 Wind Deflector for Chrysler Sebring. It's built way more solid than those flimsy universal kits and the mounting bracket system actually locks in place so it won't interfere with the top's operation.

Here's what I recommend for staying safe out there:
- Check the mounting points every few weeks to ensure they aren't loosening up from vibrations.
- Always double-check that it's fully clicked in before you hit the highway.
- Avoid those super cheap no-name eBay brands cuz they can actually snap under high wind pressure.

I'm really happy with a sturdy frame setup because it doesn't vibrate in the rearview mirror, you know? Plus, it's pretty easy to pop out if you have friends in the back. Just be careful and maybe have a mechanic glance at it if you're worried about the install. Good luck tho!
