Tbh i was super cautious when looking for mine because i didnt want anything messing with the hybrids electronics - you hear some horror stories about cheap adapters causing weird interference or buzzing. I basically spent weeks lurking on different boards and reading community reviews before pulling the trigger. The one i got is pretty simple and just works through the aux port. Its been reallyyy solid for me so far. I was mostly worried about it staying connected without dropping out every five minutes but my current setup has been great. Ive been thinking this..." - yeah i was thinking the same thing because half this thread is talking about dash cams for some reason?? kinda disappointing since you actually asked for a bluetooth adapter. it really makes it hard to find actual info when everyone is recommending stuff like Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2 instead of what you actually need. anyway i had a rough time finding a good one for my fusion hybrid. i tried the Kinivo BTC450 Bluetooth Car Kit first but was pretty disappointed with the ground loop noise whenever i accelerated. then i tried the Besign BK01 Bluetooth Car Kit and it was okay but the microphone was honestly terrible for calls, nobody could hear me properly. im currently using the Tunai Firefly LDAC Bluetooth Receiver and its the only one that didnt give me issues with the fusion electronics. its way more low profile and actually sounds decent without the buzzing. just let me know if you need help with the install or anything, i spent way too long figuring out how to hide the wires... glad to help a fellow owner out.
