I just picked up my new GV80 with the Obsidian Black interior and want to keep the cargo area pristine. Since it’s a luxury SUV, I’m looking for something that fits perfectly without looking cheap. Are the OEM carpet mats better, or should I go with WeatherTech for better spill protection? What looks best with the black trim?

Curious about one thing: are you sliding heavy cargo or just groceries? Honestly, I had issues with the fitment of some generic mats sliding around, which is actually a MAJOR safety risk if it blocks the latch. Before I give advice, do you have the 5 or 7 seat setup? It REALLYY matters for the TuxMat Cargo Mat for Genesis GV80 or the 3D MAXpider Kagu Series Cargo Liner because the floor dimensions shift slightly.

Quick question—are you looking for the 5-seat or 7-seat configuration?? Honestly, I’ve had issues with the fitment of some 3rd party stuff in the past, and it's basically a pain to return... Anyway, I compared the Genesis GV80 Genuine OEM All Weather Rubber Floor Mats vs the WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit for Genesis GV80 and found that the OEM ones look way more "luxury" but they're highkey expensive. If you're on a budget, maybe check out TuxMat Custom Fit Floor Mats for Genesis GV80? They're kinda the best of both worlds tbh. gl!

Oh man, congrats on the GV80! That interior is AMAZING. Honestly, the OEM rubber liners are the way to go—they fit the luxury vibe way better than WeatherTech. But real quick... are you mostly hauling groceries or muddy gear? And do you have the 5 or 7 seat version? Basically, if you want it to look posh but stay protected, OEM rubber is SO much better lol.
