So I finally got my hands on the new QX60 Luxe and honestly the car is gorgeous, like literally my dream interior with the saddle brown leather. But man, I am so fed up with these premium floor mats the dealership threw in as part of the package. They are total garbage. They dont even cover the dead pedal area properly and every time my kids get in with their muddy cleats after practice, the carpet underneath gets trashed. It makes me so mad because Im trying to keep this thing pristine since its only two weeks old.
And dont even get me started on the trunk. Everything just slides around like crazy on that plastic liner. I went grocery shopping yesterday and half the stuff was out of the bags by the time I got home to my place in Jersey. Its a mess and Im losing my mind trying to keep the car clean.
I need some real recommendations for heavy duty floor mats that actually fit the contours of the 2024 model and maybe a solid cargo organizer that doesnt take up the whole third row space. I have about $600 to spend on this and I really need it sorted before our big road trip to the mountains next month.
Are WeatherTechs still the go-to or is there something better that looks more high-end to match the Infiniti trim? What are you guys using to keep the trunk from becoming a total disaster zone?...
Re: "I've tried a bunch of setups over the..." - totally with you on the aesthetic side. WeatherTech looks like it belongs in a muddy F-150, not a Luxe with saddle brown. After messing with different brands for years, I found the 3D MAXpider KAGU Floor Mat Set Infiniti QX60 is the sweet spot. It has a refined texture that isnt industrial rubber, and it covers that dead pedal perfectly so your carpet stays mint. Quick tip for the trunk: get an organizer with tie-down straps. I use the Drive Auto Products Car Trunk Organizer because it clips into the factory hooks. Most boxes just slide on that plastic liner otherwise, especially taking turns in Jersey lol. Just watch the clearance for the 3rd row... some organizers are too deep and you wont be able to pop the seats up easily. Been there, done that, its a pain tbh.

I've tried a bunch of setups over the years and honestly, WeatherTech is okay but it looks way too much like a work truck for an Infiniti. Matches that saddle brown vibe better to go high-end. In my experience, these are your best bets:
> I have about $600 to spend on this and I really need it sorted before our big road trip to the mountains next month. Honestly, you might want to be careful about just dropping that much cash on high-end mats right away. I totally get wanting to keep the saddle brown leather pristine, but some of those super thick mats can actually cause issues with the pedals if they aren't perfect, which is a huge safety concern for a mountain trip. I'd actually disagree with the idea of just picking the prettiest ones without checking how they hold up in a crash or slide test first. There's a really good video on YouTube that compares all these for the 2024 model specifically—just search for QX60 floor mat safety and fitment and it should pop up. It shows how they actually lock into the floor clips and if they stay put. Better to spend ten minutes watching that than dealing with a mat that shifts while you're driving through the mountains.
