Hey everyone! Just picked up a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and I'm already tracking a ton of mud and sand into the cabin after my weekend trips. I'm looking for the absolute best floor mats that can handle some serious abuse but still fit perfectly with the Renegade’s unique interior layout. I’ve been looking at WeatherTech and Husky Liners, but I’m curious if anyone has tried the Mopar slush mats or something with higher walls to catch spills. Since I use the Trailhawk for actual off-roading, I need something durable that won't slide around under my feet. Does anyone have a specific brand they swear by for full coverage and easy cleaning?

Curious about one thing: are you looking for something that just covers the floorboards, or do you need a set that includes the back cargo area too? Since you're off-roading, you might want to compare WeatherTech FloorLiner 447381 against Maxliner Custom Fit Floor Mats A0163/B0163. The WeatherTechs have laser-measured precision, but Maxliners are honestly great for a budget-friendly technical fit. Anyway, let me know about that cargo space!

I definatly agree that sidewall height is the make-or-break factor when youre actually out on the trails. Honestly, if the walls are too low, the mud just sloshes right over onto the carpet anyway which defeats the whole purpose. From looking at how the market has evolved lately, the biggest thing to watch for is the material composition tho. The stiffer, laser-scanned composites tend to hold their shape way better over time than the softer ones that start to curl or warp at the edges after a few hot summers in the cabin - keeps the coverage realy tight for longer.

In my experience, if you're hitting the trails and dealing with serious mud, you absolutely want something with high walls. I've tried many over the years, and for your Trailhawk, I'd suggest going with the Husky Liners WeatherBeater Floor Mats for Jeep Renegade.

Well, here's why: honestly, while the Mopar All-Weather Slush Mats look cool with the Jeep logo, their sidewalls are a bit low for deep mud. The Husky Liners have a much higher "FormFit Edge" that keeps the slush from spilling over onto your carpet. Plus, they have these little stays on the bottom that keep them from sliding—seriously, they don't budge! I think the material is a bit more flexible than WeatherTech FloorLiner, which makes them easier to pull out and spray down when they're caked in sand. FWIW, they fit the Renegade's floor pans like a glove. Hope this helps you keep that cabin clean!
