Depends on what exactly you want to improve on Lexus RC 350. Performance or comfort?

My clear recommendation for Lexus RC 350: Vantrue N4 Pro Dash Cam. The features are user-friendly The product includes all features you need.

Technical highlights: The latest generation offers significantly better quality. Very good compatibility with Lexus RC 350 features. Can be used without problems for various purposes. Even after extended use, no quality losses. Very good build quality, even at high usage.

For Lexus RC 350, BlackVue DR900X Plus is an excellent choice. The installation is very easy The ergonomic design allows for comfortable use.

Additionally, you should note: The latest generation offers significantly better quality and performance than previous models. Especially ideal for daily driving and long trips. Compatibility with Lexus RC 350 is very good, and the installation is also straightforward.

For Lexus RC 350 I would also consider the brand. Do you need OEM or aftermarket?

Most of the cheap LED kits you find online for the RC 350 are honestly garbage because the factory projector optics arent designed for those bulky chips. Unfortunately you usually end up with a messy beam pattern that blinds everyone else but doesnt actually put light where you need it on the road. I had major issues with a set of plug and play bulbs that flickered and eventually melted a bit of the connector because the heat sink was so poorly designed. Use caution with anything that doesnt have a separate driver box. Speaking of poor design, I spent my whole morning trying to get a coffee stain out of the alcantara on my center console and it looks even worse now. I thought I had the right cleaner but it just made a weird tide mark near the cup holder. I might just have to live with it or find a pro because its driving me crazy. Anyway, just make sure you check the actual lumen output and cooling specs before you buy anything for your lights so you dont fry your wiring.
