If you just need to replace a faulty sensor or want a second set for winter wheels, dont go to the dealer and pay their crazy markup. Honestly, just get the Denso 550-0105 TPMS Sensor. Denso is basically the OEM for Lexus, so they are gonna be way more reliable than some random cheap ones from Amazon. I used them on my UX and they synced up perfectly. If you want to save even more and are okay with universal ones, the Autel MX-Sensor 2-in-1 315MHz/433MHz is a solid choice. Just keep in mind you will need a tool to program those, or just ask your tire shop to do it when they mount them. Definitely more cost-effective in the long run than paying Lexus prices!
