Recommended Level 2 home charger for Lexus RZ 450e?

I just took delivery of my new RZ 450e and I’m loving it, but the standard wall outlet is way too slow. I’m looking for a reliable Level 2 charger that integrates well with the Lexus app for scheduling. Should I go with a hardwired unit or a NEMA 14-50 plug-in? Honestly, I've had a great experience with the Wallbox Pulsar Plus 40 Amp Level 2 EV Charger. I went with the NEMA 14-50 plug-in version because it's way easier if you ever need to swap it out or move! It works sooo well with the Lexus scheduling stuff, basically set it and forget it...
