Using Kenwood DMX907S for almost a year for Lexus RC F and can only recommend it. The features are user-friendly The build quality feels premium and should last for years.

For Lexus RC F I would also consider the brand. Do you need OEM or aftermarket?

For Lexus RC F, Alpine iLX-W650 is an excellent choice. The quality is excellent The perfect fit is ideal for daily driving.

Additionally, you should note: The latest generation offers significantly better quality and performance than previous models. Especially ideal for daily driving and long trips. Compatibility with Lexus RC F is very good, and the installation is also straightforward.

Like someone mentioned, these Lexus systems are definitely picky and zwljxpoork is totally right about the factory integration being a total headache if you arent careful! But look, you dont have to drop four grand to make this car sound incredible. I love a good budget-friendly build that punches way above its weight class. Here is what I would do to save some cash but still get amazing sound:

  • Sony XAV-AX5500 7 inch Digital Media Receiver is a total steal right now and the interface is lightning fast.
  • Crux SWRTY-61S Radio Replacement Interface keeps your steering wheel controls without needing a pro installer.
  • Skar Audio TX65 6.5 inch Coaxial Speakers are dirt cheap but sound way better than the factory non-Mark Levinson stuff. Basically, dont overthink it. You can get a massive upgrade for under $600 if you shop the sales. That Sony unit specifically is a beast for the money and looks super clean in the dash tho.

Building on the earlier suggestion, i am honestly in the exact same boat as you... been hunting for a solid upgrade for my own RC F for months now and still havent found anything i actually trust. in my experience, lexus electronics can be super picky and im really worried about losing the factory integration or messing with the safety sensors. ive looked at so many different setups but im just too cautious to pull the trigger because i dont want some cheap harness or glitchy software ruining the car. its so frustrating because i really want better audio but i wont compromise on reliability or safety. basically still searching and hoping someone finds a truly seamless setup tho... its been like three months of research and i still feel stuck.
