Hi everyone! I recently took delivery of my new Lexus NX 450h+ and I’m absolutely loving the transition to a plug-in hybrid. The silent EV mode is incredible, but now that I’m actually living with the car, I’m realizing there are a few practical gaps I need to fill. I want to keep the interior looking pristine while making the daily charging routine as seamless as possible.

I’ve been looking into all-weather floor liners because the factory carpet mats feel like they’ll get ruined the first time it rains. Does anyone have a preference between the OEM Lexus liners and aftermarket brands like TuxMat or WeatherTech? I’m also struggling with the deep center console; it’s basically a black hole where my keys and sunglasses disappear, so a good organizer tray seems essential.

Additionally, since this is my first PHEV, I’m curious about charging cable management. Has anyone found a high-quality storage bag or a specific wall hook for the garage that doesn't look cheap? I’m also considering a screen protector for that massive 14-inch infotainment display to avoid fingerprints. For those of you who have been driving the NX PHEV for a while, which 2 or 3 accessories have actually been worth the investment for you?

+1 to what was said earlier! TuxMat All-Weather Floor Mats for Lexus NX literally offer better coverage than OEM or WeatherTech because they go higher up the sidewalls. For the console "black hole," just grab the CDEFG Center Console Organizer Tray for 2024 Lexus NX—it’s super cheap but fits perfectly. Ngl, the screen is a fingerprint magnet, so the Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector for 14-inch Lexus NX is worth every penny. Cheers!

> Which 2 or 3 accessories have actually been worth the investment for you? tbh it took me months to realize i needed a hook... just get any wall hook from Home Depot—it works well. also, go with TuxMat, they're truly the best. gl!

Gonna try this over the weekend. Will report back if it works!

In my experience, avoid cheap hooks for that heavy charging cable... seen flimsy stuff snap or wear down the insulation. BAD idea. Safety-wise, get a dedicated J1772 holster that locks the plug in. For mats, stick to high-lip options so water doesn't reach the high-voltage components under the seat. Also, get a glass screen protector—the glare on that 14-inch display is actually dangerous while driving. Safety first, honestly. gl
