So I finally picked up my Nautilus Hybrid last week and I'm already stressed about the trunk space for our beach trip next month. I was looking at the official Lincoln cargo tray but I read somewhere that the hybrid floor is actually slightly higher or shaped different because of the batteries compared to the standard gas version? Im also looking at some net systems since I dont want my groceries flying everywhere but the mounting points look weird on the 2024. Has anyone found a specific brand that fits the hybrid perfectly or should I just stick with the overpriced dealer stuff...
Yeah @Reply #1 - good point! Unfortunately, the fitment on these new hybrids is just not as good as expected. I had issues with the WeatherTech Cargo Liner for 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid feeling awkward over the battery hump. Quick tip tho... if those net hooks are driving you crazy, try the Stayhold Cargo Organizer Starter Pack. It sticks to the floor carpet and actually stays put.
I have owned several Lincoln SUVs over the years and the hybrid floor is definitely tricky. Youre right about the battery hump... it makes the standard gas mats fit like garbage. In my experience, skipping the dealer usually leads to fitment headaches on a brand new model year like the 2024. Heres what actually works for cargo:
Regarding what #2 said, skip those expensive liners. In my experience, Drive Auto Collapsible Cargo Organizer handles the battery hump better and stops groceries from flying around for way less.
