Does anyone have a cargo organizer that actually fits the Corsair Grand Touring without sliding all over the place?
I looked at the official Lincoln collapsible one on their accessory site but it looks kinda cheap for the price they want and I read some reviews saying it doesnt stay put on the carpet. I also saw those WeatherTech blocks but Im not sure if they work well with the specific floor layout in the GT since the hybrid battery takes up some space under there and the floor sits a bit higher than the gas version.
I really need something solid because I do big grocery hauls here in North Jersey and my milk jugs are always tipping over on the drive home. My budget is like 150 bucks. Does anyone use a specific brand that stays secure?
Re: "Been driving the Corsair GT..." - curious, u got a rubber liner or just carpet?
Been driving the Corsair GT for two years now. You're right about the floor height, that hybrid battery definitely eats up the vertical space. I skipped the official Lincoln one because it felt a bit flimsy for the cost. Honestly, the trick isnt just the weight of the organizer, its having straps that actually connect to the cargo hooks. I've been using the Drive Auto Products Car Trunk Organizer with Securing Straps and it hasn't budged once, even on the Parkway.
To add to the point above: I am quite satisfied with the WeatherTech CargoTech Containment System for milk jugs. The blocks are rigid and grip the carpet firmly. For larger hauls, the Starling's Car Trunk Organizer Adjustable Straps is superior because it buckles into the anchors. It wont move, though it takes up more space. TL;DR: WeatherTech for stability; Starling's for capacity. Both are solid.
