Where can I buy a screen protector for the MX-30 infotainment?

I’m loving my MX-30, but the infotainment screen is a total fingerprint magnet and I’m worried about scratches. I’ve checked a few local shops with no luck. Does anyone know where to find a tempered glass or matte protector that specifically fits the 8.8-inch display? I'd prefer something easy to install without bubbles.

Ok so, I've seen the suggestions for the VIESUP and LFOTPP protectors, but honestly, I'd actually suggest a different approach. I'm pretty cautious with my MX-30 and I've had issues with those DIY tempered glass kits before—specifically with bubbles and the adhesive not being as good as expected on that 8.8-inch screen. If you're really worried about it being a fingerprint magnet, I'd consider these two alternative routes:

1. Professional Film: I recommend checking out Xpel Ultimate Plus Interior Paint Protection Film. It's a bit of a DIY challenge but way more durable than those cheap Amazon glass pieces. Pros: Self-healing and zero bubbles if done right. Cons: Expensive and hard to install solo.
2. Specialized Liquid Coating: If you hate the look of a physical protector, Crystal Fusion Liquid Screen Protection is interesting. Pros: Totally invisible and makes wiping prints sooo easy. Cons: Doesn't provide much scratch protection compared to glass.

Personally, I'd go with the Xpel for reliability, but maybe talk to a local tint shop to see if they'll cut it for you? Better safe than sorry!

So basically the consensus is that the VIESUP Mazda MX-30 8.8-inch Tempered Glass Screen Protector and LFOTPP Mazda MX-30 8.8-inch Matte PET Film are the go-to options here. In my experience, you gotta be CAREFUL with the cheaper RUIYA Mazda MX-30 Infotainment Screen Protector cuz the adhesive can be sketchy. Honestly, if you're worried about reliability, stick with the glass one. It handles the heat better without bubbling up. Good luck!!

Ok so, I've been down this road and honestly, it’s a bit of a headache trying to save a few bucks on these. I think I found a decent one on eBay or maybe Amazon from a brand like RUIYA, but I gotta be real with you—I had issues with the fitment on the first one I bought. It was slightly too big for the 8.8-inch housing and wouldn't sit flush, which basically made it a dust magnet. Not as good as expected at all, unfortunately.

If you're trying to keep costs down, here's what I'd suggest:

* Look for "MX-30 navigation film" on AliExpress (super cheap, but shipping takes forever)
* Double-check that it specifically says for the 2020-2023 models
* Go for a matte finish if you hate glare, though it kinda dulls the colors imo

I’m not 100% sure if the newer CX-30 protectors fit perfectly, but I've heard they're the same screen? Just be careful because if you mess up the install, you’re just throwing money away anyway. Good luck tho!!

Basically had a similar situation here.. honestly took me forever to decide between the VIESUP Mazda MX-30 8.8-inch Tempered Glass Screen Protector which is super clear vs the LFOTPP Mazda MX-30 8.8-inch Matte PET Film. I ended up liking the glass one more cuz it feels more premium even tho it's still kinda glossy lol

Oh man, I totally feel u on this!! The screen in the MX-30 is literally a fingerprint magnet, it drove me crazy the first week I had mine. Honestly, I was sooo worried about scratching that glossy finish while cleaning it. For your situation, I would suggest looking at the LFOTPP 2021-2023 Mazda MX-30 8.8-Inch Infotainment System Screen Protector.

I actually bought this exact one a few months ago and it's been a total lifesaver! It's tempered glass, so it feels way more premium than those flimsy plastic films. Plus, it basically makes the fingerprints invisible, which is the best part tbh. If you want a different vibe, I've also heard people rave about the Screenshield Matte Screen Protector for Mazda MX-30 Infotainment because it kills the glare entirely, tho it might make the colors look a tiny bit less sharp.

Installation was actually super easy for me—basically just gotta make sure there is ZERO dust before you drop it on. I mean, I used a little bit of painter's tape to lift off tiny specs right before applying it. But yeah, definitely go with the LFOTPP one if you want that factory glass feel without the constant smudging. It fits the 8.8-inch display perfectly with no weird gaps at the edges. Good luck with the install, you're gonna love how much cleaner the interior looks! peace
