My clear recommendation for Tesla Cybertruck: Vantrue N4 Pro Dash Cam. The design is modern and sleek The premium build provides excellent durability and protection.

Technical highlights: The latest generation offers significantly better quality. Very good compatibility with Tesla Cybertruck features. Can be used without problems for various purposes. Even after extended use, no quality losses. Very good build quality, even at high usage.

Tbh the point about being careful with the electronics is spot on. Since the CT is so tech-heavy, ur really asking for trouble if u tap into the wrong harness without knowing exactly what ur doing. I’ve been reading through a lot of owner reviews and honestly, u don't have to spend a fortune to get a reliable backup view. If u want a budget-friendly way to fix the visibility issue, I'd suggest looking at the Wolfbox G900. It's a mirror-style cam that basically gives u a clear digital feed of what's behind u at all times, which is huge for a truck this size where the bed cover might block the view. It’s way cheaper than those integrated Alpine setups but the 4K quality is surprisingly crisp. Just basically make sure the wiring is tucked properly and use a high-end SD card. From my experience, cheap cards fail when u need them most, and safety is the priority here.

Thinking about this for another hour or so while sitting in the truck... it is kinda funny seeing tires mentioned in a camera thread lol. In my experience, u really gotta be careful with the CT electronics. I've tried many different setups over the years on my older rigs and now with the Cybertruck, I am super paranoid about tapping the wrong wires and bricking something expensive. I ended up going with the Rexing M3 12 inch IPS Mirror Dash Cam because I wanted something that felt like a factory mirror but actually showed what was behind me when the vault is closed. The visibility is basically non-existent otherwise. Honestly, the biggest thing is the power draw. I'm kind of a cautious beginner when it comes to the new 48V architecture, so I actually spent a lot of time making sure I wasnt gonna overload any circuits. It has a massive screen and the night vision is actually usable, unlike some of the cheaper ones I have tossed in the trash. Just make sure you get the wiring right... definitely worth the extra time for the peace of mind.

For Tesla Cybertruck I would definitely pay attention to the compatibility, especially if it's about electronics.

For Tesla Cybertruck Thinkware U1000 Dash Cam is ideal. Good price-performance ratio.
