I just took delivery of my new Model Y and I'm already nervous about the white interior getting trashed, especially with the rainy season coming up. I’ve been looking at options like the 3D MAXpider Kagu mats because everyone raves about the fit, but the Tesla official ones also look pretty sleek. I need something with high edges to catch mud and spills, but I don't want that 'industrial truck' look if I can avoid it. Has anyone compared the Tesmanian ones against the more expensive brands? I’m looking for the perfect balance of durability and a premium feel. Which all-weather mats are actually holding up best for you guys in terms of fit and ease of cleaning?

I went through this last year. Honestly, I spent hours comparing TPE densities and sidewall heights cuz I was worried about the white seats too! Are you mostly dealing with liquid spills or just dry dirt? Also, do you prefer a textured surface or something smoother for easier wiping?

In my experience, you definitely want to skip the industrial rubber look and go with something more refined since you have the white interior. Honestly, I've tried many over the years and the 3D MAXpider Kagu All-Weather Custom Fit Floor Mats for Tesla Model Y are the gold standard for a reason. Basically, they have this carbon fiber texture that looks high-end but the high edges literally trap everything... plus they don't slide around at all.

1. For a cheaper but solid alternative, the Tesmanian Tesla Model Y Floor Mats Interior Liners are great because they're easier to hose down.
2. But for that 'premium feel' you mentioned, I'd stick with the 3D MAXpider Kagu All-Weather Custom Fit Floor Mats for Tesla Model Y cuz they match the minimalist Tesla vibe way better than the bulky OEM ones. 👍

Similar situation here! I was soooo worried about my pedals slipping when it's rainy, so I prioritized grip. I actually went with TuxMat Tesla Model Y All-Weather Floor Mats because they literally cover every inch of that carpet and feel super safe underfoot. Plus, they aren't industrial looking at all, which is basically a win for the white interior! gl!

In my experience, you should definitely check out LASFIT Tesla Model Y Floor Mats All Weather Custom Fit! They're actually AMAZING because they use a flexible TPE that doesn't feel like hard plastic. Honestly, they're the best balance of that premium look and serious protection... basically a total lifesaver for the white interior!! Just be super careful with the fitment, but these are top-tier. gl!

To add to the point above, been thinking about your white interior situation. Those seats look amazing but I totally get the anxiety once the rain starts hitting. I think I heard somewhere that certain high-walled mats can actually scuff the white plastic trim on the seat bases if the fit is even slightly off, but IIRC that might have been a specific issue with older designs. Not 100% sure if the newer ones fixed that though. Quick question before I can really say what's best for reliability—how far up the dead pedal do you want the coverage to go? I've seen some people complain that the full-coverage ones feel a bit weird underfoot or even snag on shoes, while others swear by them for keeping the carpet pristine. Are you dealing with like, serious deep mud or just general wet feet from the driveway?
