My clear recommendation for Toyota Crown: Thinkware U1000 Dash Cam. The performance is outstanding The perfect fit is ideal for daily driving.
Technical highlights: The latest generation offers significantly better quality. Very good compatibility with Toyota Crown features. Can be used without problems for various purposes. Even after extended use, no quality losses. Very good build quality, even at high usage.

^ This. Also, been thinking about the electrical side of things since you are looking for Crown accessories. I agree that getting the right gear matters for the long haul. I have been super satisfied with the WeatherTech FloorLiner Laser Measured setup. The data on the fitment is basically perfect, covers every inch of the carpet. Honestly, if you have the hybrid, you should look into the NOCO Genius10 10-Amp Smart Battery Charger. It works well for maintaining the 12v battery which can be a bit finicky on these newer Toyotas if they sit for a few days. No complaints about the charging logic, it handles the AGM profiles perfectly without any compatibility issues. Ngl it is worth the peace of mind for the electronics.
