Any recommendations for Audi Q4 e-tron trunk liners?

I just took delivery of my Q4 e-tron and I’m already worried about scuffing up the trunk with my mountain biking gear and groceries. I've been looking at the official Audi accessories, but I’m curious if they’re worth the premium or if I should go with something like TuxMat or WeatherTech instead. A big concern of mine is how the liner handles the adjustable load floor—I don't want something that makes it impossible to access the lower cable storage area. Does anyone have a favorite brand that offers a perfect, non-slip fit without being too bulky? I'd love to hear what you’re using and how it’s holding up!

In my experience, I've found that TuxMat is basically the gold standard for these high-end EVs. When I got my Q4, I was super picky about the material science behind it because I didn't want that cheap, industrial rubber smell ruining the "new car" vibe. Honestly, their stuff is pretty incredible because it has this high-tech, multi-layered texture that actually matches the interior aesthetics way better than the basic plastic-y feel you get with WeatherTech.

For ur concern about the adjustable load floor, I wouldn't worry too much if you go with a premium brand... they usually design them with specific fold lines or flex zones so you can still lift the floor to grab ur charging cables without having to rip the whole mat out!! I've found that the fitment is so precise it literally just drops into place and doesn't slide around at all when I'm tossing my bike gear in the back. Just get anything from them and you'll be stoked. Lesson learned: aftermarket brands often beat OEM for actual utility.

Seconding the recommendation above regarding TuxMat Cargo Mat for Audi Q4 e-tron! I've been a long-time EV owner and, honestly, the safety aspect of a secure fit is what matters most to me. You really gotta make sure your liner doesn't slide around during hard braking, especially with heavy gear in the back.

One thing I'd add though... if you're worried about that lower storage access, check out the WeatherTech Cargo Liner for Audi Q4 e-tron. It's a bit more "industrial" feeling, but it's super reliable and usually has a score line where you can fold it to reach your charging cables without wrestling the whole mat out. Plus, it's non-slip so your groceries won't fly everywhere when you're taking corners. Just make sure to get the one specific to the adjustable floor height or it'll fit weird. Safety first, right? gl with the new ride!! 👍

In my experience, avoid rigid "tray" liners if ur constantly accessing that lower cable area. Most market-leading brands basically lock that floor in place. Seriously, look at 3D MAXpider instead—it's thinner and more flexible than the industrial ones mentioned already. Over the years, I've found it's the only one that doesn't feel like a wrestling match every time you need ur charger. Gl!

sooo i totally get the struggle... i actually just went through this exact same thing with my Q4 cuz i was terrified of wrecking that nice carpet with my dirty gear. honestly, in my experience over the years with different SUVs, the official Audi ones are okay but they always feel a bit overpriced for what you're actually getting.

for your situation, i would suggest looking at the WeatherTech Cargo Liner for Audi Q4 e-tron. i've tried many different mats, and WeatherTech is basically the gold standard for a reason. it's super durable and handles groceries without everything sliding around like crazy. the best part is that it's thin enough that you can still lift the load floor to grab your cables without it being a total nightmare, though it is a bit stiff at first.

another solid option if you want something that feels a bit more premium and less "plastic-y" is the TuxMat Cargo Mat for Audi Q4 e-tron. it has a really nice textured finish that's lowkey way better for non-slip than the rubber ones. basically, it looks much fancier but still hoses off easily after a muddy ride. i think they run about $100-$150 depending on where you look, which is way better than the dealer prices anyway...

just a heads up tho, if you keep the floor in the lower position most of the time, make sure you order the version specific to that setting!! some liners are designed ONLY for the high floor position, so double check that before you hit buy. gl with the new ride! 👍
