Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm trying to find an Audi RS6 Avant in Chicago with my 120k budget. I thought I could just walk into a dealer but I'm super confused why I cant find any listings online. Is there a trick to finding one for sale right now or am I just looking in the wrong spot...

Just saw this and figured I'd chime in. Honestly, 120k for an Audi RS6 Avant 4.0L V8 Twin-Turbo is pushing it if you want low miles. I spent months hunting for a wagon a few years back and learned that these cars rarely just sit on lots in Chicago. Dealers usually slap a huge markup on top thatll blow your budget instantly. In my experience, here is how to stretch the dollar:
- Look for 2021 models specifically. They are hitting that sweet spot where depreciation brings them closer to your price range.
- Expand your search to 500 miles. I once flew to Ohio just to save 8k on a deal.
- Check the brakes. A full set of ceramic pads and rotors can cost a fortune, so factor that in.
- Join the private owner groups online. Its a beast of a car tho, totally worth the hunt.

Late to the party but honestly 120k is a bit tight for a clean Audi RS6 Avant 4.0L V8 Twin-Turbo. Over the years I've seen these mostly go to folks on waitlists before they ever hit the floor. In my experience, you gotta search nationwide. TL;DR: They're rarely dealer stock. Check national listings for a used 2021 or consider a Mercedes-AMG E 63 S Wagon as an alternative.
