Essential accessories for a new Audi Q4 e-tron owner?

I just took delivery of my new Audi Q4 e-tron and I’m absolutely loving the drive so far! However, the interior feels a bit 'bare' and I want to make sure I’m protecting my investment from day one. I’m particularly looking for high-quality all-weather floor mats that fit perfectly and maybe a dedicated storage solution for the center console since it’s quite deep. I’ve also been looking at screen protectors for the MMI to avoid fingerprints. Does anyone have specific brand recommendations or 'must-have' items that actually improve the daily experience? What are the first three accessories every new Q4 owner should pick up?

yo, congrats on the new ride!! i've been driving audis for over fifteen years and honestly, the Q4 is a blast, but you're spot on about the safety and protection side of things. basically, everyone talks about aesthetics, but from a safety-first perspective, you gotta think about visibility and emergency readiness first.

in my experience, the very first thing i'd grab is a high-quality dash cam. with all the sensors in these EVs, you want something that doesn't mess with the electronics. i've used the Fitcamx 4K Dash Cam for Audi Q4 e-tron because it replaces the mirror shroud and looks OEM, which is huge for keeping your field of vision clear and avoiding any loose wires that could snag during an airbag deployment. seriously, having that footage is a lifesaver if anything happens on the road.

also, since the Q4 doesn't come with a spare, i highkey recommend getting a reliable tire repair kit. the factory goo is kinda messy and can ruin your TPMS sensors. i carry the Slime 50122 Flat Tire Repair Kit in my trunk instead. it's way safer for the tech in your wheels and gets you to a shop without a tow truck.

lastly, for the interior, since you mentioned the bare floors, i know others suggested TuxMat, but i've actually had better luck with WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit for Audi Q4 e-tron because the grip is insane. you don't want a mat sliding under your brake pedal—that’s literally my biggest nightmare. stay safe and enjoy the silence of the EV life! 👍

sooo I've tried many different setups over the years, and for the Q4, you gotta start with the basics to keep it clean. honestly, the first thing I bought was the Audi Q4 e-tron Front All-Weather Floor Mats because the OEM ones fit perfectly and actually catch all the dirt. for that deep hole in the middle, I highkey recommend the Shaohao Audi Q4 e-tron Center Console Organizer Tray—it basically makes that space usable instead of a black hole lol. plus, definitely grab a Spigen Glas.tR Slim Screen Protector for Audi Q4 e-tron MMI cuz the fingerprints are literally the worst. gl with the new ride tho!

Honestly, i've had a few issues with the first accessories I picked up, kinda disappointing tbh. For your situation, I'd suggest looking into these technical essentials instead:

* **Cargo Liner:** Go with TuxMat, you honestly can't go wrong with their coverage.
* **Charging Cable Bag:** Just get any generic one from Amazon to keep the trunk organized.
* **Mud Flaps:** I'd definitely grab some from the Audi parts desk.

Basically, the OEM mats are okay, but I wish I'd gone with a brand that covers more of the dead pedal area. Gl!

yo, jumping in here!! after years of testing Audi interior kits, you gotta check out some high-end alternatives. WeatherTech is the big name, but 3D MAXpider Kagu Series All-Weather Floor Mats for Audi Q4 e-tron are honestly better because they look way more premium and match the sleek interior vibe without that 'truck' feel.

You might find this useful—check out **e-tronforum.com** for some great threads on custom storage hacks. For that deep console, BestEvMod Center Console Organizer Tray for Audi Q4 e-tron is super solid, but iirc JKCOVER Interior Accessories Center Console Organizer is also a great budget pick. Personally, I'd skip the screen protector and just keep a CleanScreenWizard Microfiber Cleaning Cloth in the door pocket. gl with the new ride!! 👍
