So I finally got my BMW i4 in San Remo Green and I am literally obsessed with it like I just sit in my garage and look at it sometimes lol but I feel like it looks a little bit... plain? Compared to the ones I see online at least. I really want to make it look more aggressive but honestly I have no idea where to even start or what the parts are even called. Sorry if this is a totally basic question but I am such a newbie at this.
My logic was that I should maybe get those black bits for the bottom? I think people call them splitters or something? Or maybe a spoiler for the back? I saw some on eBay for like $100 but then some on the official BMW site for $1000 and I am so confused why there is such a big price gap. Is the cheap stuff gonna fly off on the highway or something? I live in New Jersey so the roads are kind of a nightmare with potholes and I dont want to buy something thats gonna shatter the first week. My budget is around $1500 for now just to get started. I was thinking about blacking out the badges too but then I saw some people talk about floating center caps for the wheels and now my head is spinning.
Do I need to get a new diffuser if I want it to look faster? I dont even know what a diffuser actually does if I am being real. I just want it to look cool when I pull up to work. I dont want to do anything that messes with the sensors or the cameras though because I rely on those way too much for parking. Are there certain brands that are better for beginners who dont want to drill holes into their brand new car? Or is everything pretty much permanent? I just want a list of things that are must haves for someone who wants that sporty look without being a total expert on car parts...
San Remo Green is literally the best color ever!! To get that aggressive look:
Wait, do you have the M Sport package or standard bumpers? It is absolutely vital for fitment and safety!! I love the BMW Floating Center Caps 56mm Set of 4 for an amazing look!
Had a moment to think about this more and honestly youre gonna love the transformation. Since youre dealing with Jersey potholes, i'd stay away from super low front lips for now and focus on the sides and rear.
