So I finally pulled the trigger on a 2024 Encore GX ST and I love the car but man the interior is way too nice to ruin with the mud we get up here in Vermont. My kids are in soccer and the dog is basically a swamp monster so the carpet mats that came with it are already looking gross after like two weeks. I'm trying to decide between a few different setups because I want the front, back, and the cargo area all covered in one go.

I've been looking at WeatherTech because thats what everyone usually says to get but I heard they can feel kinda stiff or like cheap plastic once they get cold? Plus they're pretty pricey for the whole set. Then I saw TuxMat and they look amazing like they cover every single inch of the carpet but I'm worried they might be too fancy or hard to spray down when they get caked in dried mud. My third option is just getting the official Buick all-weather ones from the dealer because I have some rewards points I could use which would bring the price way down.

Here is what I'm looking for:

• Needs to handle a lot of slush and salt
• Easy to pull out and hose off in the driveway
• Budget is max 250 to 300 dollars for everything
• Must fit perfectly around the seat tracks since my kids drop goldfish crackers everywhere

I'm leaning towards the TuxMats because they look so premium but the Buick ones are the cheapest route. Does anyone have the OEM ones? Are the side walls high enough to actually catch a spilled drink or melting snow? Or should I just suck it up and pay for the WeatherTechs because they last forever? Really torn on if the extra coverage from TuxMat is worth the extra cleaning effort... maybe they're harder to scrub? If anyone has photos of how they fit in the actual GX that would be awesome since I need to buy these before the first real snow hits next month...
