Winches and sliders add 200lbs+ and can cause front-end sag. CBI vs 589 Fab: CBI is cleaner, but 589 is basically pure function and cheaper. For sliders, frame-mounted is way better than body-mounted for real rocks. Honestly, 589 is the best value cuz it actually holds up to abuse. gl!

Respectfully, I'd consider another option... or at least a different way of looking at it. Not to totally disagree, but in my experience, those Multimatic DSSV dampers are literally magic. I've run heavy hidden winch setups and beefy sliders from brands like 589 Fab or AEV on my own rigs and the sag was barely noticeable tbh. The valving on the ZR2 shocks is so sophisticated that it handles the extra weight way better than a standard truck would cuz of how they're built. Anyway, if you're worried about the look, just go with any lighting setup from Diode Dynamics. They're basically the industry standard for clean installs that don't look cluttered. For the bed, I'd just get any rack from Leitner and call it a day. You're gonna love the truck, just don't let the weight thing scare you off from getting the armor you need.
