I've run heavy hidden winch setups and beefy sliders from brands like 589 Fab or AEV on my own rigs and the sag was barely noticeable tbh. The valving on the ZR2 shocks is so sophisticated that it handles the extra weight way better than a standard truck would cuz of how they're built. Anyway, if you're worried about the look, just go with any lighting setup from Diode Dynamics. They're basically the industry standard for clean installs that don't look cluttered. For the bed, I'd just get any rack from Leitner and call it a day. You're gonna love the truck, just don't let the weight thing scare you off from getting the armor you need.
