Hey everyone! I’ve recently confirmed my order for a new 12Cilindri in Rosso Imola with a Charcoal and Alcantara interior, and I’m already thinking ahead to some long-distance touring once it arrives. As we all know, Ferrari’s front-engine V12s have a very specific trunk geometry, and I want to make sure I’m maximizing every bit of that space without scuffing up the lining.
While the official Ferrari/Schedoni luggage set is the traditional route, the lead times can be a bit crazy, and I’m wondering if there are other bespoke artisans people recommend. I’m looking for a set—ideally a three-piece configuration—that can be color-matched to my specific stitching and leather grade. I’ve seen some beautiful work for the 812 Superfast, but since the 12Cilindri is the new kid on the block, I want to ensure the fitment is 100% precise for this specific cargo floor.
Has anyone here already started looking into luggage solutions for their 12Cilindri, or perhaps you have a favorite custom shop that specializes in supercar-fitted bags? I’d love to hear about the quality, turnaround time, and how well they actually utilize the available space.
Before I give advice, are you looking for soft holdalls or rigid cases? I've had issues with 'custom' fitment before that scratched my trim, unfortunately... it was reallyy disappointing.
1. Jordan Bespoke Ferrari 12Cilindri 3-piece Leather Set: Pros: Premium feel. Cons: Way too expensive tbh.
2. Car-Bags Ferrari 12Cilindri 3-piece Set: Pros: Budget-friendly. Cons: Looks pretty generic.
Honestly, just make sure the zippers dont rub the lining!
Ok so, congrats on the 12Cilindri order! Rosso Imola with Charcoal Alcantara is highkey a perfect spec... honestly jealous lol.
In my experience, getting the luggage right for these front-engine V12s is way harder than it looks. For your situation, I would suggest looking at bespoke artisans like Hillsalive or maybe Laurent Nay instead of the official dealer route.
WARNING: Whatever you do, please avoid the cheap 'custom-fit' sets from those generic online retailers. I learned the hard way with my last car—the bags looked fine in photos but the fit was so tight they actually scuffed the trunk lining. Seriously, I was so disappointed cuz I basically wasted a few grand on bags that ruined the interior value. Not worth the 'savings' at all, tbh.
Here's what I recommend based on my trial and error:
- Schedoni lead times are basically insane right now (like 12+ months), so skip 'em unless you're very patient.
- Find a shop that'll let you send leather samples. To match that Charcoal Alcantara, they gotta see the actual material.
- Check the zipper design. Ferrari trunks are super tight and a metal zipper pull will literally destroy your trim if it’s not recessed or covered.
But yeah, since the car is so new, most shops are probably still prototyping the floor geometry. I’d reach out to some of the UK-based custom bag makers, as they usually get the dimensions first. It’s a bit of a gamble with the new layout, but a three-piece set is definitely the way to go for the V12 floor. good luck! 👍

This^. Honestly, in my experience, Taris Luggage is way more cost-effective. After scuffing my 812 liner, I found their technical fit is spot on and theyre basically perfect for way less.
Bookmarked, thanks!
