Best interior storage organizers and accessories for a new Hyundai Palisade?

So I finally did it and traded in my old Tucson for a 2024 Palisade Calligraphy in Moonlight Cloud and oh my god i love it so much but the center console is literally just a giant bottomless pit?? like why is it so deep lol. I'm trying to get it all organized before our big family trip to the Outer Banks next month because I know it's gonna be chaos with two kids in the back. I spent like three hours looking at those drop-in trays on Amazon and some people say the cheap $15 ones are fine but then I read on a Facebook group that those can rattle like crazy and drive you nuts so maybe the official Hyundai one is better? But then I saw another post saying the official one is way too small and wastes space. I'm also looking for something to put between the captain's chairs in the second row since there's just that gap on the floor and my 7-year-old keeps throwing her snacks there. Do those floor mats that cover the gap actually stay put or do they just slide around? I have about $300 set aside to just get the interior dialed in and I really want it to stay looking nice since it's the nicest car I've ever owned. What are you guys actually using that fits perfectly and doesnt look like cheap plastic junk... especially for the console and the cargo area under the floor?

Like someone mentioned, that console is basically a black hole. I've spent way too much time over the years analyzing the interior dimensions of these SUVs, and the official accessories often have the worst space-to-wall-thickness ratio, which actually eats up your storage volume. Instead of the standard top tray, check out the Vesul Center Console Side Organizer for that lower bridge area. It fits the pass-through perfectly for things like wet wipes or tablets and costs way less than the dealership stuff. For the cargo area under the floor, dont bother with expensive rigid dividers. In my experience, they waste about 15% of the usable volume. I use Amazon Basics Packing Cubes down there instead. They're super cheap, you can color-code them for each kid, and they mold into the corners better than plastic bins. For the second row gap, if your floor mats are sliding, a few strips of Velcro Brand Heavy Duty Tape on the underside will lock it to the carpet for like five bucks. Keeps it looking mint without blowing the budget.
