I just picked up a new Hyundai Tucson and I’m loving it so far, but I’m already worried about the carpets getting trashed. I live in an area with a lot of rain and mud, so the stock cloth mats just aren't going to cut it. I’m looking for something durable that fits perfectly—ideally laser-measured liners that cover the dead pedal area too. I've looked at WeatherTech, but I’m curious if anyone has tried TuxMat or the OEM all-weather ones? I want a set that stays in place and doesn't look too 'industrial.' For those with a 2022+ model, which floor mats provide the best coverage for the price?

Quick question—are you looking for something that covers the hump in the back seat too? I bought a set that unfortunately didn't fit right around the center console, which was super disappointing. Before I suggest the Husky Liners WeatherBeater Floor Mats for 2022-2024 Hyundai Tucson, I'd love to know your budget. Those are a bit cheaper than the high-end brands, but honestly, the technical fitment can be hit or miss.

In my experience, when you're dealing with heavy rain and mud, safety and reliability are absolutely the top priorities! I've been through dozens of vehicles over the years, and honestly, the biggest safety hazard people overlook is a floor mat sliding under the brake pedal. For your 2022+ Tucson, I really suggest looking into 3D MAXpider Kagu Series Floor Mats for Hyundai Tucson 2022-2024.

I love these because they use a patented 'MAXpider' backing that grips the carpet like velcro—they literally cannot shift while you're driving. Unlike the industrial look of WeatherTech, these have a sleek, carbon fiber-like texture that actually matches the Tucson's modern interior perfectly. Plus, they offer full dead pedal coverage, which is fantastic for keeping mud away from the factory trim. They're laser-measured for a precise fit, ensuring zero interference with your pedals. Seriously, they’re amazing for keeping things clean without looking like you’re driving a work truck! Hope this helps!

Hi there, and congrats on the new ride! I totally get the worry about the carpets—I've been there myself many times over the years. When I first got my Tucson, I was super cautious about the mud and rain too. In my experience, you really want something that covers that dead pedal area because that's where all the gunk usually hides.

I actually went with the TuxMat Floor Mats for Hyundai Tucson 2022-2024 and honestly, they've been a lifesaver. They dont look industrial at all; they actually look kinda classy and cover almost every inch of the carpet. I also looked at the WeatherTech FloorLiner 1st & 2nd Row for 2022+ Hyundai Tucson, which are solid but a bit more "rugged" looking IMO. If you want something that stays in place perfectly, I'd definitely lean toward the TuxMats. Just be careful during the install to tuck the edges in right! Hope this helps! 🚗

For your situation, I'd honestly avoid the OEM all-weather ones; they're flimsy. Watch out for cheap universal mats too! They slip around and usually leave the dead pedal exposed, which is a total nightmare for mud.

I believe TuxMat Floor Mats for Hyundai Tucson 2022-2024 are your best bet. They have a premium, sofa-like finish that isn't industrial at all, and the coverage is absolutely insane. Seriously, they go way up the sides! If you want something more rugged, Smartliner Custom Fit Floor Mats for 2022-2024 Hyundai Tucson are fantastic for the price. Hope this helps!
