Hey everyone! I just recently picked up a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited, and I am absolutely loving the ride so far. However, living in an area where we get a lot of rain and messy winters, I’ve quickly realized that the factory carpet mats are just not going to cut it. I’ve only had the car for about two weeks, and they already look pretty dingy from just a few rainy days.

I’m specifically looking for some high-quality all-weather floor mats that can handle mud, spilled coffee, and the inevitable road salt once the snow starts hitting. One thing I’m particularly concerned about is the specific fitment for the Hybrid model. I’ve read a few conflicting comments on various groups suggesting that the floor pan in the Hybrid might be slightly different from the standard internal combustion engine (ICE) Tucson because of the battery placement. I really don't want to spend a couple hundred dollars on a set only to find out they don't sit flush or that they block the rear floor vents.

I’ve been eyeing a few different brands. WeatherTech is obviously the big name everyone knows, but some people mentioned the material can feel a bit stiff or "plasticky" over time. I’ve also seen TuxMat mentioned a lot because they seem to offer much higher side-wall coverage, which looks amazing for keeping the salt off the side carpets, but I wonder if they are a pain to clean. Then there are the Husky Liners, which I’ve used in my old SUV, but I’m not sure if they fit the more modern aesthetic of the new Tucson interior.

I’m looking for something that offers a perfect balance of a premium look and heavy-duty protection. My budget is around $200-$250 for a full front and rear set.

For those of you who have had your Tucson Hybrid for a while, which all-weather mats have you found to be the best for daily use? Did you stick with the OEM Hyundai rubber mats, or is there an aftermarket brand that fits the hybrid floor layout better?

Yo! Congrats on the new ride! I totally get the struggle with those factory carpets—they're basically sponges for salt and mud. So, you're 100% right about the hybrid floor pan being slightly different. The battery is under the rear seat, so the floor is raised just a bit compared to the ICE version, which can mess with the rear fitment.

Honestly, for your budget, I'd HIGHKEY recommend the TuxMat for 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I've had them in mine for about a year now. They literally have the best coverage I've ever seen; they go way up the sides to save your carpet from that crusty white salt line. And don't worry about cleaning them—basically just wipe 'em down with a damp cloth or hit 'em with a hose. They aren't "plasticky" like the WeatherTech FloorLiner can be; they feel way more premium and soft under your feet.

If you want something a bit more traditional but still perfect fit, the Smartliner Floor Mats for 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid are a solid choice too, but they don't look quite as "luxe" as the TuxMats. Just make sure whatever you buy specifically mentions the Hybrid or PHEV trim, otherwise, that rear mat is gonna be a total mess!! gl!

So, I was in the exact same boat when I brought home my Hybrid! Honestly, I was sooo worried about the battery hump in the back causing fitment issues or blocking those rear vents. I actually tested a couple of setups because I'm a bit of a perfectionist with my interior.

For your situation, here's what I recommend:
* TuxMat Floor Mats for 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid: These are AMAZING for coverage. They go way up the sides to block salt from the carpet, and they look super premium—definitely not that cheap plastic feel. They fit the hybrid floor pan perfectly!
* WeatherTech FloorLiner for 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid: These are the industry standard for a reason. They're incredibly durable, though they can feel a bit "plasticky" as you mentioned. Plus, they're super easy to just hose off when they get muddy.

Basically, the TuxMats are my top pick for the Limited trim cuz they match the high-end feel of the cabin. They stay right in your budget and honestly, the fitment is spot on. Definetly worth the investment! Cheers!
