Any recommendations for high-quality dash cams for the Infiniti QX55 Sensory?

Hey everyone! I just recently took delivery of a new Infiniti QX55 in the Sensory trim, and I’m absolutely loving the sleek look of the car, but I’m getting a bit anxious about protecting it. With all the crazy drivers out there, I really want to install a high-quality dash cam as soon as possible to cover my back in case of an accident or any parking lot mishaps.

Since the Sensory trim comes with that specific rearview mirror housing and the ProPILOT Assist sensors, I’m a little concerned about finding a setup that fits cleanly. Respectfully, I'd consider another option if you're highkey worried about those ProPILOT sensors and keeping the Sensory trim looking clean. I've had a different experience with universal cylinder cams—they're okay, but they still look like an add-on. Totally agree with the cylinder design choice! It fits way better than the wedge types. Just a warning tho, be REALLY careful when hardwiring:

- Don't tap into safety fuses (airbags/sensors)
- Always use a multimeter to verify ur circuits
- Watch for voltage drops with the start-stop system

Tapping the wrong one can throw a code and mess with ur ProPILOT tech, which is pricey to fix. gl!
