I finally treated myself to a new Infiniti QX80 Autograph, and man, that interior is absolutely stunning! The quilted semi-aniline leather is probably my favorite part, but I'm honestly a bit terrified of ruining it. I have two young kids and a dog, so the 'new car smell' and that pristine look are definitely under threat.

I’m looking for the best ways to protect the upholstery and floors without making the cabin look like it’s covered in plastic wrap. I definitely need some heavy-duty floor mats that fit perfectly—does anyone prefer the OEM all-season ones over brands like WeatherTech or TuxMat for this specific model? Also, I’m curious about what people are using to protect the back of the front seats from kick marks and if there are any specific leather conditioners that won't mess with the finish of the Autograph’s unique grade of leather. I really want to keep it looking showroom-fresh for as long as possible while still being able to actually use the SUV for family trips.

For those of you with the top-tier trim, what are the absolute 'must-have' interior protection accessories you’d recommend?

Totally agree! Unfortunately, I had issues with expensive brands. Try:
- FH Group Universal Fit Floor Mats ($30)
- Lexol Leather Cleaner and Conditioner Kit ($18)
They’re pretty solid and save cash. gl!

For ur situation, I definitely suggest being cautious because that semi-aniline leather is basically a sponge for stains. I've tried many setups over the years, and here's my take on keeping it showroom fresh.

For mats, you've got three main paths:
1. Infiniti QX80 OEM All-Season Floor Mats - Fit is perfect but coverage is honestly kinda mid.
2. WeatherTech FloorLiner HP for Infiniti QX80 - These are bulletproof but highkey look like a work truck. Might ruin the luxury vibe of the Autograph.
3. TuxMat Floor Mats for Infiniti QX80 7-Passenger - These are the clear winners imo. They look super high-end and literally cover EVERY inch of the carpet.

Now, for that leather, BE CAREFUL. I've seen people use harsh chemicals and it ruins the matte finish. I'd skip oily conditioners and use Colourlock Leather Shield. It’s a professional-grade sealer that helps with dye transfer without changing the leather’s feel. For the kids' kicks, just grab some Lusso Gear Heavy Duty Kick Mats—ur seat backs will thank u later. If ur really worried, maybe consult a pro detailer about a leather ceramic coating... seriously, it’s worth the peace of mind. gl!
