Which of these actually works for the Grand Cherokee L - the Canvasback liners or that official Mopar cargo management system? Im so frustrated because we just got this thing for our move to Denver and everything slides around the back like crazy whenever I take a turn. Its driving me nuts.

The Canvasback covers the whole back including the 3rd row seats but its like $210 which is basically my whole budget for this month. Then there is the Mopar organizer thats way cheaper but it looks like it might just slide around too? I need something that actually stays put when I have the 3rd row down for my camping gear. Does anyone know which one holds up better for actual daily use?

I went through the exact same headache when I moved out to the Rockies last year! Honestly, you gotta go with the Canvasback Jeep Grand Cherokee L Full Cargo Liner because it is an absolute beast for gear management. The Mopar organizer is basically just a collapsible box, but the Canvasback uses a 1000 denier polyester that creates huge friction to stop gear from sliding. I tested it with my heavy camping bins and the lateral movement was basically zero!

  • Grip: The heavy-duty hook fasteners grab the factory carpet fiber with serious force.
  • Precision: It is custom-cut for the GCL dimensions so it fits like a glove.
  • Durability: It handles massive temp swings without getting brittle like plastic liners. I love how it stays attached even when you flip the seats. Its way more than just a liner tho! Totally worth stretching the budget because it basically becomes part of the floor.

To add to the point above: totally agree that lateral movement is the real enemy. Since youre on a budget, maybe skip the full kit for now and look at the Mopar All-Weather Cargo Mat for Grand Cherokee L. I found mine on a clearance site and its super grippy. Tbh, I just pair it with some cheap Keeper Adjustable Bungee Cords from the hardware store to hook into the floor D-rings. Works well and costs way less than the Canvasback setup.

^ This. Also, check out the WeatherTech CargoTech Containment System for lateral stability.

  • High-friction TPE material
  • Modular corner blocks Kept my heavy camping gear from shifting during mountain turns.
