Top must-have storage accessories for the Jeep Grand Cherokee L?

Hey everyone! I recently upgraded to the Jeep Grand Cherokee L, and while I’m absolutely loving the extra length and that third row, I’m quickly realizing that staying organized is going to be a bit of a challenge. With a couple of kids and a dog, the cabin is already starting to feel cluttered after just a few weeks.

The center console is basically a deep black hole where my keys and sunglasses disappear, so I’m definitely looking for a tray or divider for that area. Also, since we frequently switch between having the third row up for extra passengers and folded down for cargo, I really need a cargo mat or liner that’s flexible enough to handle both configurations without being a huge pain to move. I’ve seen some seat-back protectors that look promising for the second row, but I’m not sure which brands actually fit the L model’s dimensions properly.

I’ve checked out some of the official Mopar accessories, but they can be pretty pricey, so I’m definitely open to high-quality aftermarket suggestions too. I’m mostly worried about things sliding around in that massive trunk space during turns. What are your top must-have storage accessories that have actually made a difference in your GCL? Are there any specific cargo nets or floor bins you swear by?

Sooo I went through this last year! Honestly, I was highkey obsessed with finding gear that wouldn't slide around or interfere with the seat sensors because safety is everything, right? I was super worried about cheap stuff failing during a hard brake with the kids in the back. I basically looked at two main paths for the trunk:
- Mopar Jeep Grand Cherokee L All-Weather Cargo Tray: This is fantastic because it's technically engineered to fit the floor anchors perfectly. It's a bit rigid, but the safety of it staying put is amazing!!
- WeatherTech Cargo Liner for Jeep Grand Cherokee L: I love this one too! It has a higher lip to catch spills, though it can be a bit stiffer when youre trying to fold the third row. For that console abyss, I skipped the basic trays and went with the Salex Organizers Center Console Tray for Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The precision fit is incredible—no rattling at all! For your situation, the GCL console is basically an abyss. To stay organized, I'd honestly get the Vesul Center Console Organizer Tray and Canvasback Jeep Grand Cherokee L Cargo Liner!!

1. Trim-to-fit mats 2. Generic console tray ngl my setup was way cheaper than the dealer stuff and actually stops things from sliding. it works great.
