Just sharing my experience: I went through this last year and honestly, I was sooo worried about overspending. Basically, I found that you dont need the most expensive gear to stay organized.

1. For the dash, I saved some cash with the VIGORFLYRUN Dash Cell Phone Mount Holder for Jeep Wrangler JL and it works well for the price.
