Hey everyone! I recently joined the Lexus family with a brand-new RX 350h, and I’m absolutely in love with the interior. However, I’m also slightly terrified of ruining it! Between the kids, the occasional coffee run, and the rainy weather we get here, I know I need some solid protection to keep everything looking showroom-fresh.

I’ve been eyeing some all-weather floor mats, but I’m torn between the heavy-duty WeatherTech liners and the official Lexus OEM ones. Does one offer better coverage for the dead pedal area than the other? Also, since it's the hybrid model, I want to make sure I don't accidentally block any battery vents near the rear seats if I go with custom seat covers or specialized liners.

Speaking of the back, the cargo area is another concern. I need a durable mat that won't slide around when I'm hauling groceries or sports gear. Plus, that massive 14-inch touchscreen is already covered in fingerprints—does anyone recommend a specific screen protector that actually stays clear? I'm looking for high-quality accessories that complement the premium feel of the car without looking too "aftermarket."

What are your top recommendations for interior protection accessories that are a perfect fit for the Lexus RX Hybrid?

> block any battery vents near the rear seats Quick question - do you have the Macadamia interior? Honestly, I had issues with generic liners shifting and blocking those hybrid vents... super frustrating. For value, check out 3D MAXpider KAGU All-Weather Floor Mats for Lexus RX. They stay put better than WeatherTech!! Also, I tried a cheap screen film and it was a mess. Are you hauling heavy gear or just groceries?

Quick question - do u have the power-folding rear seats? Before I give advice, it's CRITICAL for the cargo liner fitment. You really dont wanna block the Lexus RX 350h Hybrid Battery Intake Vent cuz overheating is a serious safety risk. Basically:
* VGSION 14-inch Matte Screen Protector cuts glare and smudges better than glossy ones.
* TuxMat Custom Floor Mats cover the dead pedal way more than OEM. Lmk about the seats and I can give better specifics! gl

Just catching up on this thread... I went through this last year when I first got my RX. Honestly, I was worried about the hybrid battery intake vents under the rear seats because overheating is highkey a concern for me. Over the years, I've learned that technical details like airflow are often overlooked by owners. Basically, my journey was:
* Started with WeatherTech FloorLiner DigitalFit but they felt a bit too "truck-like" for the premium interior vibe.
* Switched to Lexus Genuine All-Weather Floor Liners because the technical fit around the hybrid vents felt much safer.
* Applied the Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Lexus RX to handle those fingerprints. Quick tip: Always leave a clear gap around the rear seat base vents to keep the battery cool. It's a vital safety check! I'm still learning, but has anyone tried the official cargo mats yet? So yeah, it's a balance between protection and reliability... gl!

yo, congrats on the new ride! honestly the 350h is such a mood. i've tried many setups over the years and basically, the choice between factory mats vs heavy-duty liners comes down to: - factory: looks more premium, fits the vibe.
- heavy-duty: way better dead pedal coverage for mud. but i gotta ask, whats ur budget? and r u looking for ultimate protection or just something that looks showroom clean?? basically wanna help u pick the right stuff. peace!
