Hey everyone! I recently picked up a 2017 Lincoln Continental, and while the car is absolutely fantastic, the previous owner didn't quite show the driver's side seat the love it deserved. The leather is starting to show some significant wear and a few cracks that are driving me crazy every time I slide behind the wheel. Since this car is all about that 'Quiet Flight' luxury experience, I really want to restore that high-end cabin feel without the massive expense of a full professional reupholstery job.
I’ve been scouring the internet for seat covers, but I’m being really picky. I’m not looking for those generic, baggy covers you find at big-box stores that slide around and look cheap. I’m specifically looking for something 'premium'—ideally genuine leather or a very high-quality vegan leather that mimics the original grain. My Continental has the 30-way Perfect Position seats, so a major concern of mine is finding a brand that offers a precision fit that won't interfere with the thigh extenders or the side airbags. I also want to make sure they are compatible with the heating and cooling functions, as I don't want to lose those features in the summer.
I’ve looked at a few brands like Katzkin and Clazzio, but I’m not sure if they have templates that perfectly match the unique contours of the Lincoln seats. My budget is around $600-$900 for the front row, as I’m willing to pay more for something that looks like it came straight from the factory. I really want that snug, 'is that actually a cover?' look.

Honestly, the 30-way Perfect Position seats are a technical marvel, but they're a nightmare for aftermarket covers because of the independent thigh extenders and side bolsters. Most "custom" sets unfortunately block these movements or look like saggy trash.

Honestly, I am in the exact same boat as you and it is so frustrating.
