Just picked up a Corsair Grand Touring and I’m loving it, but the trunk space feels tight with the PHEV battery layout. I need a cargo organizer that fits the floor dimensions perfectly without sliding around. Do you recommend the official Lincoln accessories or a specific aftermarket brand for groceries? What’s working best for your Corsair?

Since the PHEV battery makes the floor shallow, standard bins might block your view... i was worried about that too. For your situation, I'd skip the dealer prices. I'm reallyyy happy with the Drive Auto Car Trunk Organizer. It's basically $25 and has straps so it wont slide. Just be cautious and measure the height first so it doesnt sit too high!! it works well for groceries tho. cheers

Curious about one thing: are you planning on keeping the privacy shade pulled most of the time? I ask cuz that GT cargo floor is literally several inches higher than the gas version, so height is a major safety concern. You really gotta be careful about stuff blocking ur rear view or shifting around.

Before I give my full advice, honestly, you might wanna look at the Honey-Can-Do SFT-01166 Large Trunk Organizer instead of the tall bins. It's low-profile and basically half the height of standard ones, so it wont interfere with the glass. If you need something more rigid for groceries, the Meori Foldable Cargo Box Medium is a bit pricier but highkey worth it for the stability and it folds flat when you dont need it. Just make sure to use the floor hooks... in a PHEV, a loose bin can actually be dangerous if you stop fast. Let me know ur thoughts on the height clearance!

So I actually took a bit of a different approach with my GT because I couldnt find anything that fit that shallow floor exactly how I wanted. Tbh, the best DIY move is to skip the pre-made bins and go for a modular setup. I ended up using some heavy-duty adhesive velcro on the bottom of a few low-profile trays I found at a home goods store. It holds like a tank and costs almost nothing compared to the dealer stuff. If you are looking for a specific brand though, check out these:

  • Rola 59001 M.O.V.E. Rigid Base Organizer
  • Gorilla Grip Non-Slip Cargo Mat The Rola is great because it has a rigid base that stays put, but its low enough that it doesnt block your view out the back window. Putting a non-slip mat under whatever you buy is basically a requirement with the GT carpet texture. It keeps everything from shifting during acceleration and saves you from buying the overpriced OEM cargo net which is a total pain to clip in and out anyway. Definitely worth the few minutes of setup time to do it yourself.

Seconding the recommendation above! The Drive Auto one is a solid budget move, but honestly, since the GT cargo floor is way shallower than the gas version, you really gotta watch the height. I've seen some bins that basically touch the privacy shade or even the glass... not ideal.

I would suggest checking out the Fortem Car Trunk Organizer with Straps. It’s got a really rigid base and the tie-downs are a lifesaver for keeping groceries upright. But tbh, if you’re worried about vertical space, you might want to consider the WeatherTech CargoTech Containment System. It’s basically four heavy-duty corner blocks that "lock" onto the floor. It’s perfect for the PHEV layout cuz it doesn't add any height, so you keep your full line of sight out the back. Just make sure the carpet is clean so they grip right. gl!

Honestly, I spent way too much time looking at the market data for these things before I settled on a setup for my own Corsair. Tbh, the official Lincoln accessories are marked up like 300% for what's basically just polyester and cardboard. Since that GT floor is so shallow, you're better off looking at high-value aftermarket brands that don't have the luxury tax. Here is what I've found after comparing a bunch of brands for price vs. durability: * MIU COLOR Car Trunk Organizer: This is usually a steal at under $25. It's got a slightly smaller footprint than the massive SUV ones, which is great because it leaves you a little room on the sides for loose stuff. * TrunkCratePro Collapsible Portable Multi Compartments: This one is a bit more heavy-duty. It feels way more premium than the budget bins but still costs half of what the dealer wants. It stays put really well on the carpet.
* Standard Collapsible Milk Crates: If you wanna go ultra-budget, honestly? Just grab two plastic folding crates from a hardware store. They're like $10, they wont collapse under heavy groceries, and they fit the height of the GT trunk perfectly. I think the key is finding something with a non-slip bottom or velcro. The GT can be kinda zippy and you dont want your eggs sliding around back there!

Like someone mentioned, that battery layout really eats into the depth... saw this earlier and wanted to chime in. I've been really happy with how I solved the sliding issue myself, but I gotta ask first—what's your typical grocery haul like? Are you mostly doing light bags or heavy stuff like cases of water? I'm mostly asking because safety is huge for me. With the GT floor being so high, you really gotta be careful about things shifting or blocking your line of sight. Most of the stuff you buy at the store is just way too tall for that space and it's kinda risky. I actually ended up doing a little DIY project with some non-slip matting and custom dividers I cut myself to keep everything low and secure. Honestly, you dont want things flying around if you hit the brakes. If you give me an idea of what you're carrying, I can tell you if that route makes sense or if you should stick to a pre-made bin.
