I just picked up a new Ram 1500 TRX and, man, this truck is an absolute beast! Even with 702 hp, I’m already looking to see how I can take it to the next level. I’m mainly interested in bolt-on performance accessories that won’t immediately void my warranty. I’ve been researching high-flow cold air intakes and maybe a cat-back exhaust system to really wake up that supercharger whine. Has anyone tried a Pulsar XT or a throttle response controller? I’d love to sharpen the feel without going too crazy just yet. What are the must-have performance mods you’d recommend for a better driving experience? Any specific brands I should look into?

This^ Also wanted to add, these are basically essential:

- Edge Products Pulsar XT for 2021-2024 Ram TRX 32453
- S&B Filters Cold Air Intake for 2021-2024 Ram 1500 TRX 75-5139

Performance is honestly improved.

Just saw this thread and congrats on the new truck! Before you start adding more boost or tuning, are you planning on mostly street driving or are you hitting the desert trails? Knowing the environment helps because heat soak is the real enemy of these engines (at least in my experience). If ur worried about reliability and keeping the warranty intact, my quick tip is to grab an oil separator to keep the intake tract clean from oil blow-by.

  • J&L Oil Separator 3.0
  • Mishimoto Aluminum Secondary Expansion Tank Basically, these are great because they don't mess with the ECU but keep things running way smoother under high load. Honestly, those plastic stock tanks can be a weak point over time so upgrading to aluminum is a solid reliability play imo lol.
