Hey everyone! I finally took delivery of my new Model 3 Highland last week and I’m absolutely loving the refreshed interior. However, with the rainy season just around the corner, I’m getting a bit nervous about the factory carpet mats. I want to swap them out for some solid all-weather floor mats as soon as possible to keep the cabin looking pristine.

I’ve been doing some digging, but I’ve noticed that some of the older Model 3 accessories don’t perfectly fit the Highland update because of the slight changes to the floor layout and seat rails. I’m specifically looking for something with a high-walled design to catch dirt and spills, but I’d prefer a material that feels a bit more premium—not just that hard, shiny plastic look. I’ve looked at the official Tesla liners and the 3D MAXpider series, but I’m curious if anyone has tried them in the Highland yet. Does the fitment around the center console and the pedals still feel seamless?

Also, if you've found a brand that offers a good bundle including the trunk and frunk liners, that would be a huge plus. My budget is around $200-$250 for a full set. What are you all using in your Highland right now, and have you noticed any issues with them sliding around?

Seconding the recommendation above for TuxMat! Just saw this thread and wanted to jump in from a safety-first perspective because tbh, fitment isnt just about aesthetics—its about pedal clearance. I mean, I've had issues with 'budget' mats in my old M3 where the dead pedal area was way too thick... super sketch when you're trying to brake and the mat shifts.

Basically, the Highland refresh changed the floor geometry enough that you really need mats engineered specifically for the 2024 layout to avoid any snagging. If you want that premium feel without the shiny plastic look, I'd look at the Jowua All-Weather Floor Liners for Tesla Model 3 Highland 2024.

Heres why fitment matters for safety:
- Precision molding ensures the accelerator doesnt get stuck on a high-walled lip.
- Anti-skid backing is crucial so the mat doesnt bunch up under the pedals.
- The Jowua 3-Piece All-Weather Trunk and Frunk Liner Set for Model 3 Highland usually bundles well if you want the full kit.

Unfortunately, most older 'Model 3' accessories are just gonna slide around because the seat rails moved. Better to spend a bit more now than risk a pedal obstruction later. GL with the new ride! 👍

sooo congrats on the new Highland! honestly, I've tried many different mats over the years with my older Teslas, and fitment is always the biggest headache when a refresh happens. iirc, the seat rails and the floor pan moved slightly, so old mats are a total no-go.

If you want that premium look without the 'cheap plastic' vibe, I'd highkey suggest the 3D MAXpider KAGU All-Weather Floor Mats for Tesla Model 3 Highland 2024. they have this textured fabric feel that looks way more high-end than the rubbery ones. plus, they basically lock into place and never slide.

For your budget, check out TuxMat for Tesla Model 3 Highland 2024 too. they offer crazy high walls for rain and mud. they usually have a bundle with the TuxMat Trunk and Frunk Liners for Tesla Model 3 Highland that should hit right around that $250 mark. i think they're the best for seamless coverage around the console area. gl with the car!!

Curious about one thing: are you mostly dealing with just light rain, or are we talking heavy mud and road salt?? I ask because that honestly changes which material I'd recommend for the Highland. In my experience, the "premium" feel you’re after usually means looking at multi-layer mats rather than standard TPE rubber ones that look like a truck bed.

Over the years, I've seen too many people try to force "close enough" mats that end up interfering with the accelerator—which is a MAJOR safety risk. For the Highland specifically, the dead pedal area and rear floor vent clearances are slightly different. If you want that high-walled design without the plasticky vibe, you should look into the TuxMat for 2024 Tesla Model 3 Highland. They have a much more cushioned, fabric-like texture but are still 100% waterproof.

Another solid alternative that fits your $250 budget is the TAPTES All-Weather Floor Mats for Tesla Model 3 Highland. They're basically a 3D MAXpider alternative and usually come as a full bundle with the trunk and frunk liners. Just make sure you double-check the retention clips during install so they dont migrate toward the seat rails... seen that happen a few times. gl!
