What are the must-have track accessories for a Model S Plaid? Im heading to Laguna Seca next month and need to stay under a 6k budget. I looked at the official carbon ceramics but they are way too pricey. Some forums say just get high-temp fluid and better pads but will that actually stop this heavy beast from fading?

Just caught this thread. Laguna is brutal on heavy cars like the Plaid so be careful with those stock rotors. I would suggest upgrading to Unplugged Performance Street and Track Brake Pads and swapping in some Castrol SRF React Racing Brake Fluid before hitting the corkscrew. You might want to consider Mountain Pass Performance 405mm Two-Piece Front Rotors too. Check out the TMC forums for more data on heat soak... it's a lifesaver.
