my cyberbeast just got delivered and i have a trip to moab planned for next month but im honestly so annoyed trying to figure out what gear to buy. i already blew my budget on the truck itself so i only have maybe 1500 or 2k left for accessories and everything i see online is just influencers pushing 5000 dollar racks. some forums say the stock tires are trash and i need spares immediately while others say i just need a heavy duty jack because of the weight. i dont want to get stranded in the utah heat because i bought the wrong thing. what are the actual essential off-road accessories i need for this thing before i head out?

Building on the earlier suggestion, airing down is huge. Doing it manually in the heat? Sucks. I learned that the hard way at Hells Revenge. Now I just use Staun II Tire Deflators Standard 6-30 PSI and let them work while I prep. Also, since that truck is a heavy beast, you definitely need a Yankum Ropes 1-1/4 Inch Kinetic Recovery Rope. Most standard straps will just snap. Trust me.

It works well compared to the Powerbuilt 3 Ton All-in-One Jack which feels kinda flimsy for a Beast. Grab a Boulder Tools Heavy Duty Tire Repair Kit too. No complaints with this setup and it stays way under your budget.

Honestly, forget those overpriced racks for now. In my experience, air management is the real secret for Moab. You gotta air down to get traction, then fill back up for the drive home.

- This thing is a workhorse and wont overheat on those tires.
- Maxtrax MKII Recovery Boards
- Ngl, the Beast is heavy and these are the only ones that actually hold up.
