I ended up having to choose between the cooler or the dogs space, which is a total safety nightmare if gear starts flying around during a sharp turn. The steel grille is absolutely non-negotiable for the lab tho. I had a close call once where a loose bag shifted during a hard brake, and without that Volvo Steel Safety Grille V90, it wouldve hit my pup.
