Leaving for a Maine camping trip next Friday so I'm in a rush. I looked at the steel grille and that reversible mat, but the mat looks way too thin in pictures. My logic was the grille is safe for my lab, but will the cargo divider actually fit a Yeti cooler? Not sure if I should just go aftermarket...

I totally agree on that steel grille! It is a fantastic safety choice for the lab. Regarding your Maine trip, skip the reversible mat. The Volvo Plastic Luggage Mat V90 CC is much more heavy-duty for gear. Alternatively, the WeatherTech Cargo Liner Volvo V90 offers amazing side-wall protection. Just watch that divider; it halves your floor width, so a large Yeti likely wont fit!
